YOOX Returns & Refunds
You can return any item purchased on YOOX within 60 days of the delivery date. Merchandise you return must be in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
All returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
To process a return, you need to fill out the Return Form. Then, use the pre-paid UPS Return Label included in your order and drop off your parcel at any UPS location.
A return fee of $ 9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Customized products, final sales items, swimwear, undergarments, and jewelry cannot be returned.
YOOX doesn’t currently offer exchanges.

Of course! You can download the app, available for Android and iOS, or navigate the mobile-optimized version of the website.
2. Can I cancel my order?
No. Once an order has been received, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. Instead, you need to return the package.
3. Can I return items from different orders or shipments in the same box?
Yes. You may use a single box and pre-printed label for all items, even if the items come from different orders. A return fee will only be deducted on the UPS Return Label used for shipping.
