  • Codes are redeemable online and in-store unless otherwise indicated.

SSENSE Return & Refund

The following criteria must be met for a return:

  • Return window: The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Original condition: The item must be in original condition and cannot be used, altered, washed, marked, or damaged.

  • Original packaging: The item must be returned with all original packaging intact, which may include the shoe box, dust bag(s), brand tag(s) and authenticity card. All packaging cannot be altered, damaged, or removed.

  • SSENSE security tag: If an item was shipped with an SSENSE tag, it cannot be altered, damaged, or removed.

Final Sale items and shipping fees are not eligible for return/refund.

Keep in mind: SSENSE does not offer direct exchanges. You should return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, SSENSE will issue a refund to the original method of payment and send a confirmation email. The refund process can take up to 8 business days, with additional time required to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

If the item fails inspection, SSENSE may withhold the payment and retain the merchandise.

Recently a new customer from US & happy with all orders

I have placed several orders (3) with multiple pieces in the last month. Very fast delivery to Kansas City, Missouri. 1st one 0 issues. 2nd one the shoes weren't in the 1st box. There wasn't an indication it got split into 2 from SSENSE, so I reached out to customer service via chat & got an actual person (Adah) not some trash AI bot. Got instant clarification & apology & the 2nd box arrived 1.5 days later. 3rd one is currently pending receipt, but no fault of SSENSE. FedEx &/or US customs shenanigans for international shipments. I reached out to FedEx customer service via phone as their AI bot was a joke. The customer support team at SSENSE reached out via email about the delay UNPROMPTED & apologized even though it isn't their fault to my knowledge. Shipment finally made it to my city next day (Sat) with delivery expected on Monday. Even with these minor issues the customer support I received I think they still deserve 5 stars. Also the price, selection, & issue free products with brand hangers & packaging A+! Update: got the 3rd shipment yesterday & everything was packed well. All arrived undamaged & all but 1 shirt (out of 3) in original brand packaging, but was still in a Ziploc type bag to protect it.
