A purchase was made with my bank card

A purchase was made with my bank card, 4 months in a row by the time I found out I emailed them about this matter and they claim that they have no records but meanwhile I have a list of charges in my bank card be careful with these people they are crooked and will steal from you without your consent and then they will say that it was not them how can I company withdraw money from a bank card and they know nothing about it you guys need to get a lawsuit or a class action lawsuit because I'm pretty sure it happened to other people you're going to hear from my attorney bunch of crooks.

The Worst Customer Support next to Meta

If there was a zero or negative score I would give it a 0 to minus 100. I had a subscription that renewed without any notification, except from the credit card company. The rate had increased by $30. I have so little use of zoom, once a month for 6-9 people. I will find cheaper ways to connect. Trying to find if there is a downgrade possibility. The AI assistant is useless, it gives you the online options anyway that aren't very clear. I had to wait for a chat with a human. Other than being slower than AI, it did the same thing as AI. There is no phone number to call. Only chat! For a communication company it seems to thrive on no human communication of any kind. Disgusted. Though I was happy to use it I am determined to change to another platform. But how easy is it to cancel without having to wait another year?? Follow up: I finally waa able to call and connect with a customer service representative. He agreed to elevate my request to cancel though it was two days after their automatic renewal. I just heard they approved my cancellation. I am moving to WhatsApp free service.

COMPLETELY USELESS APP

COMPLETELY USELESS APP. Downloaded it to talk to a tech support person for something completely unrelated. Now I have to cancel the appointment. I try to enter a test meeting to check video and audio to make sure it works right. I keep getting kicked out of the test meeting over and over and over and over and over. Talked with AI contact support. 20 minutes and got nowhere. This is a COMPLETELY UNUSABLE APP. LIKE COMPLETELY USELESS. Complete garbage. Don't bother with this app.

ZOOM WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE. I BELIEVED I HAD CANCELLED AND DISCOVERED THE CHARGE WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT COULD NOT STOP THE CHARGE. BEWARE! CANCELLATION ON THEIR SITE DOES NOT PRORATE- IT CANCELS AFTER THE YEAR ENDS ONLY.

absolutely one of the worst

absolutely one of the worst. I've had 4 tickets open for 2 weeks now and most of the replies from them are just google search answers. Then when i finally go someone to call me on one of the tickets, it was like talking to a wall. He didn't understand a thing. i am so fed up with their lack of help on any issue!

Didn't work and customer service was unhelpfull

I bought the product for a meeting, it ended up ending the meeting early and i couldnt restart it. so my money was wasted. When i contacted customer support about a refund they just refered to their policy and was not able to see that taking money for something that doesnt work is unreasonable. Cancelled and not going back

BEWARE: unauthorised credit card deduction

I set up a pro account with a phone line. the annual subsciption which i paid upfront was 369.98. this was already expensive given the average cost of phonelines is from$15 to $25 a month. One month later I am charged an extra $66 dollars for an "overage" fee. Just random deductions for additions I didn't authorise. In order to resolve this unauthorised charge, I have to speak with an AI which is useless and then I have to wait for someone to review my case and get back to me. you can't speak to a real person.BEWARE! they have hidden costs, and one click gives them permission to slug you for costs you were not made aware of! No one will be able to explain why they took the money, and you won't be able to get it back. Stay away from this company.

Never resolved my issue.

I reached out to Zoom for a discrepancy in my billing. They sent the automated email and told me they would expedite my request to a supervisor. I then get an email saying it was resolved. Nothing was resolved. I tried reaching out again and it told me my ticket was closed because it was resolved. They never refunded me and it was like I was set up for failure. No one was planning on doing anything. This is the first company that ever treats an issue like that. Which is crazy because I’ve dealt with a lot of companies for other things but Zoom is clearly not a customer service company. I won’t be using it again.

you have to pay more money to get tech…

you have to pay more money to get tech support. zoom is a joke. I mean I thought I liked the company but the minute you need help they aren't there and u have to pay a membership fee. ridiculous. what a Joke. someone else needs to take over, the Ai doesnt help, just taking peoples jobs too.
