Great to be able to pre-order but...

Great to be able to pre-order, but to pay in advance when a boxset is not going to be available for at least 3-4 months is a bit of a money grab. Usually with pre-orders you pay when the boxset actually becomes available, not months in advance of it...

Triple-pack nice deal

Fast shipment from UK to NL, good updates via email, only the description of the triple pack Equilizer movies was not entirely correct because it said ‘Dutch subtitles’ but only one movie is with Dutch subtitles. Nevertheless happy with my purchase.

Money taken and no items dispached

I made an order on the 8th December ready for Christmas, the items were still marked as 'processing' by Christmas week so I knew they wouldn't arrive on time. However, I contacted them to ask for an update and did t get one. I have since sent a further 8 messages and finally got a generic e-mail to say there are delays and the items will be dispatched as soon as possible. The reply also asked not to send any further correspondence as they are working through a back log of orders. It is now nearly 2 months on from my order and it is still 'processing' and I can't get a response and no other contact methods. I also asked for a refund and haven't had any response to that either.

I feel very misled

I feel very misled. I'm new in the Nederlands from Canada and ordered about 100 euros of goods from Zaavi.nl. It took a while which wasn't a big deal but the extra 60 euros in duties from PostNl was a surprise. At no point during the entire purchase was i told these products are shipping from the UK. If the webaddress was zaavi.co.uk, I would completely understand but zaavi.nl, not my first or second thought. It is written deep in the shipping webpage but I think it is very deceptive not to have it in the check put page. If i had known beforehand, i would likely have still bought it all but the surprise is definitely not what I was looking for. First and last time as a customer.

If I could give it a minus star I…

If I could give it a minus star I would! Placed and order in November for Christmas gifts and it didn’t arrive- they be taken money from my account though! I’ve chased every week through their counts us page and no one replies and there’s no other way to escalate - do not buy from zavvi. You will not get your order and they will take your money!

Absolutely useless, avoid at all costs

I placed an order at the beginning of December for several t-shirts and a hoody for my son for Christmas. After not hearing anything for a few weeks I messaged them and asked to cancel and get a refund as there was no way they would arrive in time. I just wanted something for my son to open on Christmas day as he had requested money and vouchers and I thought this would be nice for him. The message was ignored. After spending more money at a different shop to ensure my son had a gift to open, after Christmas I messaged again, and was ignored. The t-shirts arrived just before new year and I thought I would give them to my son anyway, so I messaged again asking for just a refund for the hoody and was again ignored. There seems to be no other way to contact anyone, other than the message service on the website which does not seem to be staffed. I have messaged again today but do not expect a response. Absolutely dreadful service. I wouldn't mind so much if someone would actually respond and give me some answers, but I am thoroughly disappointed at the lack of communication and action of this company. Will never shop here again Edit: it is interesting how this review received a response in less than 24 hours yet 4 messages sent through the customer support on the website have not received a response since 18/12 to date. I feel this shows company policy clearly

Worst company been waiting for a refund…

Worst company been waiting for a refund since December for two items. They sent me proof of return but still not refund. They don't respond to my emails. I would give them no stars if I could. People need to know not to use them

Item was never delivered and no reply to any messages

I ordered something (art print) before Christmas which to this point has not been delivered. The order on the site reads awaiting dispatch, but despite multiple messages i have not received any response with any information on the order. I have asked for it to be cancelled and a refund issued and still no response. Awful, could not recommend after this. No number to call either, no business should be run like this.
