wrong/insufficient customs declaration
Hi, the shipment never reached me, because customs declaration (Which Zavvi did, not me, the buyer) was not correct, or not sufficient, so german customs rejected the shipmentSo the shipment is sent back to you(Zavvi) and I(the buyer) have to pay shipping cost for nothing!!Bad service!!

Disappointed after good experiences
I have been a customer of Zavvi for quite some time and have had good experiences so far. This time, I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter. It got ‘lost’ in transit. First, my tickets were deleted because too many had accumulated during the Christmas season and Zavvi simply deleted them all. I have now been waiting for my item for more than two months because my daughter's birthday is coming up soon, but the replacement has not even been sent yet and it looks like the item will not arrive in time.

The German version of the Zavvi store is missing crucial information, both about products, but also about release dates for pre-orders.Also some of the translations are completely wrong.

Lack of communication on order
Lack of communication on orderI'm writing a complaint here because no one answers my messages on the site. I ordered 2 t-shirts for Christmas for my child. I could also see the shipping address was strange indicating I was in Germany but my address is in Sweden, and no one responded to me about this.I have received notice that a shipment is sent from the UK... to Germany. There has been no clarity from Zavvi if my order is coming to me or not. I cannot cancel this order either.Ideally I just get the t-shirts I purchased.There has been no communication via my account either, only a general notice that says I should not open any more tickets as you have sent all your staff to the warehouse. It seems like this company only has 2 or 3 people working in it? I just don't get why its so difficult to communicate and answer peoples concerns.Where is my order?
