This company don't & can't fulfill…
This company don't & can't fulfill there per advertised orders. Has happened several times now.Also when my orders have arrived they have been damaged in transit due to not being packaged properly & with care.I won't be ordering from this company anymore.

Placed and order for a Lorcana booster…
Placed and order for a Lorcana booster box. Royal Mail advised even though I was home and they did not ring the doorbell that it was left in my shed. Go to my shed and lo and behold it is not there. Customer care have taken over a week to respond to tell me it’s in my shed. It isn’t in my shed. No offer of replacement or refund. Do not buy from this company as they won’t be willing to help should anything go wrong with delivery.

I really wanted to give Zavvi the…
I really wanted to give Zavvi the benefit of the doubt, but here I am. I Pre ordered 3 blasters Deadpool chrome, not only was the money taken out automatically (it states mine won’t be taken until item is shipped) but it’s past the pre order date and thy haven’t been posted and still says processing. Emailed for an update and got a generic email that clearly isn’t being looked into.

Pre ordered deadpool chrome. Not been dispatched, no email saying there is a delay. I emailed asking for expected dispatch date to get an email back to check status on my order. My first time ordering from these will be my only time
