Ordered items for a weekend away
Ordered items for a weekend away. Chose to pay more to recive my item on Thurs or fri latest. They didnt turn up. I co tacted them but their AI bit makes it impossible to make sense.Two of the items were covered in makeup. Sent oyt without checking !

Poor service and rude
Poor service and rude! Some staff is nice and some not nice especially Srilankan guy discriminating not treating ladies well telling to use another payment area. Very Rude not cool.

Zara will steal your money
I had a very disappointing experience with Zara. After placing my order, I was given shipping updates that made it seem like the package was on its way. However, after spending hours trying to track it and contacting support, I discovered that the order had not even been shipped at all.It feels extremely misleading to provide customers with false shipping information. On top of that, resolving the issue has been frustrating, as customer service has not been helpful and I’ve had difficulty getting a refund.Overall, this experience felt like a waste of time and money. I expected much better transparency and service. I would strongly caution others to be careful when ordering, as my experience suggests serious issues with order handling and customer support.

Bad BAD
I ordered an item from Zara uk for store collection . The site mentions a two day pick up. LIES. My collection date went from 27/03/26 to 28//03 - 30/03/26. I am still waiting. To top this bad experience off, their email address does not accept replies. Fabulous customer service. NOT! Ridiculous🤬🤬

Zara is insane and the quality of Customer service is ridiculous
So I placed a order with Zara and unfortunately the order was delivered in my building but after the picture no one knows where the package disappeared to so I just reached out to Zara and explained to them I seen the picture of the box but when I went to get the package it was gone. Zara explain to me let them do an investigation they did and the same picture they had I did to which is fine. I reached back out trying to get the items or my funds back it was a no I asked why and still was told since the package was delivered in the building it's out of Zara's hands so now I can't the items or my funds back smh crazy work.

Received a smelly and stained dress
I’ve been sent a stained, smelly dress and they refuse to process the return before the full order is received. DO NOT order from Zara.

DON'T order from their website…
I just found out that my daughter is going to have a baby girl in the fall. I have a group of friends who said to check out Zara for kids. I did that, and ordered a set of three leggings and another set of three tops to go with the leggings. I am so glad I "only ordered" those two sets. The package arrived today, torn open, and nothing in the envelope. I contacted Zara, and they typed back to me: "If you think it was stolen, contact the police." I told them we have security camera footage that proves the package was delivered and that no other deliveries were made today. I have a large brown package with Zara printed on it, clearly torn open, with nothing in it. The delivery company they use is Ontrc. If you can't be at their store to buy what you want, DON'T bother ordering it online. Neither Zara USA nor the delivery service, Ontrc, cares about the customer. No resolution = no customer. Read their reviews, BAD.

Ordered a T-shirt online

Zara and their ridiculous AI customer service.
I received an online order from Zara. The prices on the garment tags are lower than the price I paid. There has been NO reduction of the items on their website yet they won’t give me a refund of the difference between what I paid and the price on the tags. They will only offer me a full refund if I send the garments back and if I re buy them I’ll pay the same higher price anyway. Make it make sense.
