They were not delivered in two days as promised and no one can track where they state they were delivered. My trip is ruined due to this. Worst site ever.

It’s pretty good. I like Zappos a lot and their clothing. The reviews here are kind of inconsistent so it sure what else to say.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I made a purchase last week and was told my payment method did not work. I used a gift card which per the internet they accept. I called and spoke to 4 different reps and they all told me different things one being a manager. I will never use this company again!!!!

Because I had to give them a star to write how awful this experience was! Ordered paying $100 more than the HOBO company was charging for a brand new bag (just wrong color for me) on their website. Got an email one week before the bag was delivered saying it was delivered but wasn’t. Got the bag and opened it. No tags. The inside had been scrubbed with water and looked like it was falling apart. The straps for the back pack option which is why I ordered the style (having a bad back I really needed it) but the threading was coming undone on both side so the straps were falling off of the bag unable to be used for the purpose which I purchased it for. Scrathes on the bottom as well is other seams coming apart. THIS BAG WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NEW BUT WAS CLEARLY USED FOR A YEAR BEFORE BEING SOLD! And instead of customer service verifying order date and obtaining pics and issuing a refund right away so I could get the much needed bag (not a whimsical it’s a cute bag kind of a sale) they sent a code and told me to take it to UPS having no idea how the rest of this nightmare is going to play out but looking at the other reviews I’m sure not so well! They should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! In response to Zappos you most definitely do have an account with my email bc I called several days ago and returned the item via ups today. My refund better show up by Monday or you will be reported to BBB and so on! Crooks! Selling used worn out junk for more than the brand new price smh sickening! F’n crooks! Deport them all!

I have ordered from Zappos many times over the years and have had great service. Apparently, this service has gone down. I did a chat with them because I had found a pair of Johnson & Murphy Hayes Penny Loafer shoes at Belk.com for $100. Zappos price is $129.95. I was told in the chat that Zappos doesn't match all websites??? It certainly doesn't say that but I guess if the price is too low, they just don't match! I've also about had it with Amazon as they have started to take the same attitude!!

I made a purchase.They sent me a "Thank you for your purchase ", with the order number and it will be delivered on March 5 .When I followed up, they told me my order was cancelled.They said they sent me an email.How is it they thank you for the purchase with the order number and the delivery date and tell you later it was cancelled?Now with all my busy time I have to check whether the payment went through. Never again!

Horrible customer service. Tell you incorrect information & waste your time & don’t respond to text. No discounts/promo codes continently don’t apply to any items in cart. Said you get a 10% off promo for providing email but doesn’t apply to any items (full price I chose). Ended up going with the actualCompany of the shoes and got way better discount/warranty.

Shoes were the wrong size both pairs but the problem is it takes them a month to return the money and they won't do exchanges. Never using the site again. No there was never any word stating that you only get a credit and not a refund it says specifically refund and now they're not giving me a refund. On top of that they don't even have the size that I need. It only makes sense this company's own by Amazon which I also never use anymore. Absolute scumbags
