There are still some companies that offer really good customer service, and a much smaller number that make really good, long-lasting, high quality consumer products, but the Venn diagram overlap between those characteristics is vanishingly small. Yeti is one of the few companies that has both, and I love them for it. I bought my first Yeti product around 3 years ago (the 36 oz. chug cap Rambler) and have carried it around daily ever since. Like many Yeti customers, about half a dozen more Yeti products have somehow come home with me since then, and I love how well made all of them are. I reached out to the company earlier this year with the first potential warranty issue I've ever had on one of their products and they responded very quickly and took care of it right away. I won't buy my drinkware from anyone else!

I have ordered all sorts of YETI products. It’s almost a hobby: dare I say an addiction 🤭. All of them are reliable. They are ruggedly made but look stylish for every day use even in the office. The coolers keep everything refreshingly cold and safe from exposure. They are perfect for storage nothing gets in and everything stored is very secure and is easily transported.I have gotten many items customized and all pictures and writings have been perfect without exception. I’ll continue to purchase yeti for a long time to come. Just wish they would make a YETI special edition handbag/purse. Maybe a yeti cross color collab so it matches all yeti colors?!. Oh, a bigger selection of water bottle carriers would be nice. A sling or bag for the gallon would be nice.

My coffee mug started cracking and chipping around the top and on the handle. I was offered an exchange under the warranty but the turn around was 2+ weeks so I just bought something else instead. I didn't feel like waiting- that seemed like a long time to get a replacement. For the price I won't be buying yeti products again. Not sure why they couldn't just send a new product and have me send the damaged one back.
