Express Shipping is ~ 1 Week
I received all of my items in good condition. Main complaint is with customer service and shipping. I purchased express hopping yet my order still took over a week to arrive, instead of 3-5 business days. When I contacted customer service, I had to go back and forth a few times just to finally reach someone that would actually read my concern and understand it fully. The previous agents gave me generic responses, and sent training info or told me to just keep waiting. No courtesy. No compassion.

My favourire website, they have the best products , good prices and always well packed. Delivery can take up to a month, but i don’t care as they always arrive with DHL - so i order every month. Love Yesstyle!
