LOW QUALITY AND SMALL SIZES. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
My 1st impression from them was good.Ordered £40 worth of gym tshirts, low quality but ideal for the gym.I then decided to order a mystery box of a hoodie and tshirt.Tshirt was fine, size was correct, but the hoodie came very small.Ordered a XXL, but according to their size guide it shows as a small XL at best.Contacted them about the issue, to be then fobbed off with plenty of excuses and I was told their sizes are not as described and no return on a mystery box.When you check their sizes, you would assume that is what you would get.Not the case with them.Im now left with a hoodie that doesn't fit and a company that has stopped replying to my emails.In future I would recommend spending a little bit more, with a better company who wants repeat customers.

Mix between 2.5 / 3 stars .Ordered about 9 diffetent T-shirts and hoodyPROS:-good selection , -variety of styles ,- materials seem good quality and thickness etc unlike some other sites /brand that skimp on material make it thin or poor quality.- replys and fixing issues when emailed was prompt-price, good price and deals for what you get.-hoody fits great, comfy,warmCONS:- Order / delivery time. Supposed 48 hours, took over 3 weeks Says it was dispatched after a few days, tracking showed it had been sent to a distribution hub, sat there for a week, i got in touch with company , they said they would chase it up, if package was lost refund or replacement, told them replacement . Several more days go by new enail been dispatched, sent to same delivery hub, sat there for a bit before being sent to a delelivery depot then few more days delivered to me. ALL IN ALL 3 and bit weeks from ordering to receiving items.-SIZE , 9 different tshirts all different sizes . Im 6ft 5 , ordered 3XL (usual orders elsewhere are mix of 2XL/3XL) They are all wide enough very similar on width, but length wise none are long enough for gym work if doing any lifting/pressing movements if you dont want it lifting up and showing midrift / stomach. Treadmill,bike, flat bench movements prob fine. Anything that raises your arms above head/lat raises/pull downs or deadlifts etc where your stretching its going to lift up.Compare to my 2XL and 3XL cheap mountain warehouse tshirts and they are all about 6-8 inch shorter in length.(Where as hoody is massive and fits great)-think if i had went 4XL they might be sightly longer but would be like a tent-website when veiwing products on mobile phone.THINGS TO DO DIFFERENT/IMPROVE-website was a big issue when browsing in my phone, click tshirts and it lists every single tshirt and page starts to crash after loading up so many items when browsing and your not even half way through. E.G - 500 products/styles of tshirt that have 10 colour varietys each instead of just having the 500 displayed and you click on one of the products which opens up a bigger detailed page with the option of 10 colours you can click through in the oen page where the image changes to the colour.INSTEAD it will have all varietys of those 10 colours on the main tshirt result page as you scroll down. That turns the result page from 500 possible tshirts rsults on the page to 5000. Which it can display about 30 at a time before click load more at the bottom page . After several clicks the page statts to slow because its now trying to display over 700 pics of tshirts and crashes, so you cant even see all the styles . Worse yet you click a tshirt you like the look of, it opens up the new page with more info on so you can better look, when you click back to go to the results again, its back at the start not where you left off and have to keep scrolling to the bottom and clicking load more hoping the page doesnt become unresponsive.Other suggetsion would be some tshirts or hoodys with smaller icon or where the logo was smaller and matched in with the colour of the top so its more discrete . Just as an option . Have a label /tag on the side or at waist band so it can be more casualy worn out

Bought 3 t shirts from here cotton ones…
Bought 3 t shirts from here cotton ones fitted brilliantly washed them once and hung them out to dry they shrunk, not gonna buy from them again

takes nearly 2 weeks to get tracking and delivery, advised when to take size up or down and didn't still didn't fit waist of money.

Get what you pay for
Ordered two hoodies (separately), both same size just different styles (well colours, it's a hoodie with a print on it). One fits like a dream, but the other fits at least 2 sizes smaller. The sleeve and body length was about 4 inches shorter. Had to pay to return it and they refuse to accept that the product is sized incorrectly claiming "different styles will have slight variation in size and fit". This was my 3rd order, the first order from them faded completely after one wash. Literal definition of you get what you pay for.

Supplier would not respond back for a return despite contacting numerous times
After making several attempts over the past two weeks to contact this supplier, twice via the online contact form and twice directly by email — I have yet to receive a single response. This level of customer service is frankly unacceptable.To compound matters, multiple items ordered in the same size were received, yet every single one fit differently, which raises concerns about quality control and sizing consistency. This alone made a return and exchange necessary, yet getting any response from this supplier has proven impossible.The dispatch time exceeded 4 to 5 days as suggested, it paints a very clear picture of an operation that is struggling to keep up with demand and unable to maintain basic standards.Inaccurate and inconsistent sizing, slow dispatch, and a complete lack of after-sales support are three very good reasons to look elsewhere. Buyers should be cautious before purchasing, there are far more reliable suppliers out there who actually value their customers. I will not be returning
