1 star review (wish it could be 'xero' stars... lol!) following their dismissive and patronising handling of my very simple, unambiguous service request, and then trying to gaslight me in the responses to my formal complaint, all following *their* muck up and repeated refusal to fix it, including lying to me that it had been fixed, when it wasn't.An amusing story from all this, they publish the CEO's email address so you feel like you can escalate your complaint when you're at the end of your tether due to their appalling service. Well... that address doesn't go the the CEO at all, it goes right back to the same incompetent support team! That level of smoke and mirrors deflection should tell you all you need to know.Beware platform decay. Just pay that little extra for sage and save your sanity - much better all round.Anticipating someone from Xero will post here saying 'oh, we need your account details, then we'll take a look into your complaint!', well, you've comprehensively failed to do so after multiple direct contact opportunities, including 'email the CEO', so why should I bother now? The purpose of this review is to warn others how bad you are, not to try to get some sort of reasonable resolution to my complaint - you've already comprehensively proved you don't care about your customers.

Just getting to grips with using Xero software, I have been using spreadsheet for many years but have to move across to mtd. The help line are very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Habib was amazing. I have no idea of technology, so he was patient and talked me through everything very well. I did not feel rushed, and he helped me change settings to fit in with my business needs.

The custom support area is very obscure. I found it impossible to find an area where you could write a note describing your problem. Finally, I wrote back to one of the automated emails I received to confirm subscription and this worked. From there, Michael, Qudsia and Kim diligently help me getting everything sorted. Thank you!
