the worst customer support i have ever…
the worst customer support i have ever witnessed i got charged for game pass which i dont want and i have lost money after going through 3 hours of customer support as all of the tutorials dont match as they removed all the helpful feedback if anyone or microsft can help me please do

This company is run by morons
This company is run by morons. You could not be more hostile to consumers if you were doing it maliciously. Their AI is useless and they have no idea whatsoever on how to make money on something theyve invested billions into. And they are burning everything they own in a vain attempt to recoup money they know is gone.

They have genuinely the worst website ever, if you want to have to put in your credit card details 10 times to purchase a controller and the stupid website still doesn’t work and let you buy the controller then use this website. So now I have to buy a controller from somewhere else.

Dog shit company charged me for a VC package in game and I didnt recieve the package and they denied my refund because this company is full of thieves and they refuse to let you speak to a real customer service representative because they know they’re scamming people out of their money

Really poor
I ordered an Xbox controller from design lab. £186 it cost, for my son's birthday. I ordered on the 8th February for his birthday on the 3rd March. It said there would be a 3-4 week wait (if it was a bit past his birthday fair enough). It's now the 18th of March. I cant email anyone as no email address is listed. If I use the chat it just says check your order status. Really poor. I can't even make contact so I can claim my money back on my card 28 days later. Just save your money and don't bother.

It’s Mid For What It Is But It’s Not Great.
Ok it’s notNearly as bad as people say it is BUT it really depends on what you’re looking for on Xbox so in my opinion as an Xbox Series S Owner I Am Going To Leave An Honest Review. Xbox Support: 3.5/5 stars, Microsoft Store: 3.4/5 Stars, Gamepass Ultimate: 4/5 Stars, Xbox Live: 3.3/5 Stars- Too Many Outages, Microsoft Rewards: 2.4/5 stars- Frequent Issues Redeeming Points & Age Restrictions, Purchasing Games: 3.8/5 Stars- Technical Issues & Glitches. Cloud Save: 3.9/5 Stars- Too Many Outages Resulting In Cloud Saves Via Xbox 360 Being Completely Inaccessible including Xbox Live, Fallout 1st- 2/5 Stars- Extremely Unnecessary & Overpriced.

No where is there any way to report…
No where is there any way to report fraudulent gift cards. No phone number! Only AI can be contacted and that’s what caused the fraud in the first place! No support for the honest people.
