They need to get out of the pool Robotic business!
I tried to set up the app only to receive the dreaded 405 error code. After the app reviews I immediately contacted them to process a return.Very sketchy company! I bought from another brand Aiper cordless. You can charge it up, but do not place it in the water until the app is functional. That won't happen because it can't function without the app, LOL! They make you jump through hoops to return it. They make the return shipping fee your problem and wanting to take up your time to troubleshoot in an attempt to exhaust your thirty days return, so that you'll be stuck with this junk!

Buyer be very carfull
Product doesn't charge up properly and wont go back to the charging station as a result.. No customer service at all.... A chinese AI assistant that askes for videos and makes statements that have no relevance to the issue with the product at all.......I have nothing but problems with this machine with no recourse offered at all .......Buyers try another product and stay well clear of this one

DO NOT buy from this company or Robot…
DO NOT buy from this company or Robot My Life their online store in Australia. My B300 Pool cleaner stopped working properly after less than a year and their customer service is non-existent apart from an initial email response requesting info. The call centre is AI and they don't call back and you can't speak to a human. I've contacted Whybot directly and they refer me back to their online company Robot My Life despite it being their product and warranty.

I have used WYBOT for 1 week
I have used WYBOT for 1 week , and I love it. So easy to use . It’s amazing how much debris it gets out of my pool every clean. Easy to dump the debris , charge the bot, drop in pool and lets it go to work. Thank You

Wybot C1 purchase
Customer service was very helpful in answering my questions prior to my purchase...after purchase shipping was very timely...I received my wybot yesterday....I fully charged it and dropped it in my pool today...it ran for 2hr's and did a fine job on pool walls and bottom ...so far so good 👍

Wybot C1 arrived dead. Customer service sent a pre-paid return label and offered a refund or a replacement unit. I will try to update this review if and when this is made right.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I did not even receive my order after full payment, veryfying credit card detail ( unusual for a vendor to request this) and multiple unexpected charges. Stay away from this product, they are scammed!

Do not trust the reviews from WYBOT
Do not trust the reviews from WYBOT’s direct website. I gave an honest review based on my experience with their skimmer product. They do not accept bad reviews on their website. Having said that, I do not recommend purchasing their skimmer. You will be on the hook for shipping which was $100 so do yourself a favor and don’t purchase the skimmer. Update: the below reply from WYBOT is a perfect example. Rather than understanding my review (which they did not approve to be posted on their own website), their reply shows lack of comprehension. I received a defective device. Shipping to return a defective product was absolutely not free.

not good customer service
I need to return and the customer service have not been helpful, would not send label and tell me I have to pay to return.
