I made a Hotel booking which I admit was too tempting... Everything went right until I tried redeeming it. IT Said deal not found. I understand, it could be a technical glitch but it's the 10 th hour that I have been following up and fighting for an answer. I have to check in tomorrow and the chat bot says wait for 3-4 working days. Does it make sense? I used 3 emails to send my plea but it bounced back. Now I am stuck, with no reservation confirmation and waiting like a fool as if everything will turn right... I Hope it does. If it does, this will become 3 star from 1 star...

Shocking service with a Merchant Booked a spa day package for a friends birthday and was beyond shocked at the service we received from the Spa staff, Dirty robe, over capacitated to be able to offer a Spa day service as members have access to a very small pool/sauna area. No space to use the facilities Poor communication with giving information via email before we arrived, most was incorrect when it came to pricing Absolutely felt like a SCAM (Asking for more money for the package) they also took a deposit and despite saying it will be refined that day 5 days later after finally managing to speak to someone (denied money was taken and nothing they could do, the next morning it was refunded) Photos looked very different to what we was presented with spoke to the manager on site he was so nonchalant and rude about it (made sense as we later found many review that had also reported this poor customer experience) There was also other spa day attendees that were disgusted that such a special day was met by poor standards Tried to address this in the Wowcher app and it just sends you around in circles Extremely disappointing as I use to use Wowcher often but this is not what’s expected from such a big brandThis really isn’t good enough even though the Spa is a popular Company in their own right they are still representing Wowcher and something needs to be done

Hello,I am making a formal complaint regarding my Wowcher wallet balance.I originally had £730 in my wallet, but I have noticed that money has been taken out without my knowledge or authorisation, including amounts such as £50 and £300, leaving my current balance at only £483.This is completely unacceptable and suggests that there has either been a serious system error, account corruption, or unauthorised deductions on my account. I have not approved these deductions and I want a full breakdown of every transaction made from my wallet, including the dates, times, amounts, and reasons for each deduction.At this stage, I am extremely concerned about the security and reliability of your wallet system, as this has caused financial loss and significant distress.I am requesting the following immediately: 1. A full investigation into my wallet activity 2. A complete transaction history 3. A clear explanation for the missing funds 4. The return of any money taken incorrectlyIf this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further as I consider this to be a very serious issue.Please respond as soon as possible.Thanks.
