Awful in running website technically. Staff do not check what they sell for specs - they mainly ship or arrange drop shipping. In some instances different specs from ads. In rare but too often instances beyond recommended sell by date. Some software install codes problematic In very rare instances sketchy hardware source suppliers not adequately checked. Shocking it is part of Amazon.

Whatever you do, do not buy a major electronic from Woot. Bought an expensive tv, and four months later, it is a giant black box hanging on my wall. Woot refuses to help because it is past 90 days and the manufacturer is giving me the run around on the one year warranty. It is looking more and more like I’m just out $1000. Plan to file a federal consumer complaint, but don’t want others to experience this headache.

Total scam. They take your money after you order your item then at the last minute, delivery day, switch it to something completely different and say sorry about that, hopefully the completely different item we sent will work for you. Completely different experience than the positive experiences I have with it's parent company Amazon. Beware.

Worst customer service ever. Items often have no tracking, sometimes they don't show up at all. Good luck reaching someone. Also, their coupons codes never seem to work.

Awful joke of a company. Denied my order bc I was shipping to a different address then what's on my credit card. I should be able to send things wherever I like, especially FURNITURE that I don't feel like hauling to my kids house an hour away. Now everything I tried to order is sold out. I know who not to try to do business with again.

Order was marked “Package Lost” by the carrier. I contacted Woot support twice with no response and had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund. Very frustrating experience for a simple $9 order. I expected better communication from Woot. I've waited almost a month for this item with no updates from woot.

I have been buying stuff from them for so many years it's not funny never had any issues I had two broken TVs they took care of them almost instantly no issues with customer service at all I love the place and I'm happy it exists.

Extremely disappointed in Woot. I have used them for years, and in the past have had no issues returning damaged goods. I purchased a device with a long warranty. It broke, and I contacted the manufacturer. They said (and I quote), "Woot is not authorized to sell New Devices". Contacted woot as their product page explicitly calls out this LONG warranty, and they are saying it's a manufacturer problem. What the heck is going on with woot customer service? It's abysmal now - at least in this case.

will not be purchasing from Woot again.I placed an order for a monitor on November 25. After weeks without any shipping update, I contacted customer service to ask how much longer it would take. The item was finally shipped on December 16. However, for no clear or valid reason, my order was canceled on December 18—the day before the monitor was scheduled to be delivered.This experience has been extremely disappointing. The delay, lack of communication, and last-minute cancellation demonstrate very poor customer service. Despite Woot operating under the Amazon brand, there appears to be no effective way to escalate or file a meaningful complaint through Amazon directly, other than contacting Amazon Pay.Using Amazon’s name gives the impression of reliability and accountability, yet this experience reflects poorly on that brand. Canceling an order after it has already shipped is unacceptable, and the overall handling of this purchase has made me lose confidence in Woot as a company.
