I think it is important that people realise that it's one thing to give 5 star because it arrives or in a nice box or was easy to set up, for me that's is expected I don't think companies should get 5 star for delivering what is expected, the real measurement is when something goes wrong how do they deal with the issue. With this company I got stuck with AI answers that didn't resolve and no way of dealing with a human. The company obviously think that is good enough for subscribers. For me I put my second and last whoop in the bin due to no service.

10 days, order never shipped, AI-only support wallOrdered a WHOOP as a birthday gift on March 18. WHOOP's own support team promised a ship-by date of March 25 — in writing. It's now March 28 and the order is still "to be processed." The birthday has passed.Every single support response has been AI-generated (they even footnote it: "This correspondence was AI-generated"). I explicitly requested a human multiple times. Never got one.Their policy says you can't cancel before the order ships — so they've taken my money, missed their own deadline, ruined a birthday, and left me with no recourse through their own channels. I've now initiated a credit card chargeback and filed a complaint with the Hong Kong Consumer Council.The product may be good. The company's fulfilment and support operation is a trap.

You can't return things
The WHOOP itself is good but I bought some items from the website and they weren't as they appeared. The customer support didn't let me return them despite them being completely unused. I’ve been using Whoop since 2018 and…
I’ve been using Whoop since 2018 and will continue my membership for the foreseeable future. The improvements whoop has made since 2018 have been fantastic and I'm looking forward to what they come out with in the future.

Need to pay for a full year in advance.
They could have a montly payment plan from the beginning. No problem with a subscription for a full year, but to pay for a full year in advance. And if you get a full month for free is it with a preused old whoop and not a new one. When i try to contact support team on email it seams to bee answered by a bot. If they could fix this i think they would have better score and more subs.

I have been a Whoop member for 5 years…
I have been a Whoop member for 5 years and generally satisfied with Whoop. However, I bought a $199 blood test assessment through Whoop. I ended up making (3) visits after fasting over a month to their 3rd party vendor Quest. Twice the results were inconclusive so they asked me to return and a third time I showed up for my appointment and the lab was closed to some hazards situation (for which they never contacted me to inform me and weren’t available for two weeks for another appointment). Now Whoop is arguing with me about a refund. Very close to cancelling Whoop altogether unless they resolve this properly.

WOOP ARE THEIVES
Had whoop as the free months trial,paid 8 pound delivery yet it took ages to arrive,wasn't too bad at first,sleep data was totally inaccurate, would say I only had 5 hours sleep when I clearly had around 7 ISH,sometimes it would say I didn't go to sleep around 1am when I was tucked up by 10 pm🤣 you don't wake up and the data is there for you,it switches off and has to catch up which sometimes took a while,it also doesn't recognise the difference between work and the gym,I'm a driver so shouldn't be that hard to work out,also it gives you notifications in lumps for instance it goes into sleep mode again wakes up and just gives me useless data like well done that was a great walk over and over again(when I've just been at work)here's my main issue,I cancelled within the trail period yet at the end they took 27 pound even after sending a cancellation confirmation email saying no further payment would be taken,I did not subscribe and they still took the money at first I didn't leave the money in my bank because I thought this might happen which is why I switched to the monthly pay in the app otherwise they would have took the full price,they tried every single day, absolute thieves ,you can't discuss this with a human at there end it's all A.I,just be aware people,also during the trail they give you used bands , probably explains faulty ones not a great experience

Oura Ring is better!
Oura Ring is better. Each morning Oura ring takes maybe 5 seconds to process data and give you the info about your sleep, etc. Whoop however could take up to 3 hours. This means you'll have to stop whatever you're doing mid day and make sure to remember even doing so to check your Whoop. Also, Whoop's monthly subscription is an absolute ripoff. They charge users a few hundred bucks to own the product then an additional amount per month just to use it?
