Do not order here if you are from…
Do not order here if you are from Europe! I just received very high import fees from FedEx—up to €100! Nowhere on the website did it mention that I would have to pay this. Really outrageous and almost feels like a scam. Absolutely do not order.

Poor returns
Great delivery. However my item came defected, and it has been over a week I have been waiting for my return request. Very annoying to return, I have had to contact them on instagram as they weren’t answering their “customer help” emails! Still not sorted.

I had such a great experience with customer service
I had such a great experience with White Fox! Their customer service was amazing, especially Cidalia who helped me with my replacement. She made the whole process so quick and easy. She was super helpful, responsive, and kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. It’s so nice dealing with a brand that genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to fix any issues.

Sizing, odour and quality issues!!
First time I ordered off their website, I fell victim to the oil stains - second time I ordered a sweater that stuck of sweat and took multiple washes to remove the smell - third and final time was a pair of jeans that were sized to be a M/L when I ordered a S. I checked myself against the size guide/ model and it indicated I was a S. Was told that not all bodies will fit their garments and their item sizes vary and to use the sizing chart as a guide only. All three occasions WFB have denied to take any responsibility, offered me store credit at the sale price of the item and instructed me to cover shipping costs. Very scripted responded from customer service to keep themselves covered. Not ordering off here again.
