I been eating at Wendy’s over 30yrs…

I been eating at Wendy’s over 30yrs now, and they always hit the spot from the spicy chicken sandwich to the Dave’s single, I have tried it all, the breakfast baconator is a banger 😊

Missing items and no responsibility

I ordered burgers and fries through the "toing app". When the order was delivered, Two Items were missing, one burger and one fries. The app and restaurant both refused to accept responsibility. The number given on the app for the outlet was wrong and the app refused to give me the correct number.

Went in for lunch last Friday

Went in for lunch last Friday, waited in line for over 5 minutes, there was 1 person in front of me in line, after the worker waited on the person in front of me she said can you wait till I get my doordash orders ready before I take your order, I have a 30 minute lunch break,I couldn't wait any longer, I went to burger king across the street they were happy to take my money.

Extremely disappointed as a vegetarian…

Extremely disappointed as a vegetarian we ordered Halloumi wraps, and they sent chicken wraps, also the customer support is non responsive

Not a clean Wendy's

We stopped at Wendy's in Truro on our way to Halifax. Arrived shortly after 4:00. We were the only ones in there. Ordered, had to give my name so they could call out when the order was ready, being the only two customers, I kind of giggled a little. I guess I insulted the guy who rang in the order. My husband went to the washroom. It was so filthy, he didn't want to touch anything. The walls in the dining area were tiled part way up. Maybe someone could give them a wipe to remove the food from them. The tables were sticky, used a few serviettes to sit the burger wrapper on. No two of the staff had the same uniform on, oh wait, some just had street clothes on, one of the guys cooking was eating while he cooked. Yeah, guess we won't recommend or return anytime we are on the road.

5 stars for the baconator alone.Haven’t tried anything else but I order from there regularly and it’s always the same thing.Baconator with extra everything, and baconator fries with extra everything.Class

Terrible service

Terrible service, cold food, violent employees, and very disrespectful. This Wendy’s is owned and operated by a individual I guess so I don’t understand why Wendy’s would allow customers to be treated poorly and not do anything about it, but leave it up to the owner’s operators.The manager even said that it was a menial job and basically told me I should not expect professional service. Wendy’s food has become incredibly dissatisfying the flavor and the true beef just seems to have been sucked out of it or it could be because it’s not a corporate store? I don’t know if franchisees order the cheapest products possible and serve it to the customers I have been to Wendy’s that are pretty good and the food is pretty good but this particular one that’s attached to a pilot. Travel service has become increasingly poor in quality and poor customer service as well..There doesn’t seem to be an interest in contacting me and trying to fix some of management failed professionalism.
