This is a bait-and-switch subscription model, where marketing suggests a $25/mo fee that WW increases without notice to $75/mo. The website is inaccurate, redundant, and response times are days, resulting in missed refills. WW has not yet developed a transparent and effective digital service model. Either way, an FTC complaint was filed for misleading advertising and failure to provide the services for the fees paid.

This is my first experience with a virtual clinic. The NP was able to answer allmy questions in my initial appointment with her. there was a delay in receiving the first Wegovy prescription, due to my adding my state on the same line as the city on my address but after several days it was resolved. When I send a message I always receive a reply usually the next day and if I reply and have more questions then it is another day for a reply. That is one negative to using messaging to communicate, it can take several days to get all the questions, concerns and follow up communications completed whereas a single phone call could accomplish the same thing in a matter of minutes. But I understand this is the process for the WW weight loss clinic functions. There is always room for improvement.The most recent message I sent was for a refill and to request a higher dose. The reply came back the next day.

I am having trouble staying on plan not because of WW but my mind set. Thank heavens virtual is available with support and winning individual in this process. Facilitators are great with a wide range of expertise. I am glad I am a member and I will be in the new life plan soon.

Meeting with clinician was thorough and personable. Did not feel rushed. The WW app is really good and I am becoming familiar with new facets each day. Off to a good start

when you charge 99.00 a month your GLP1 product at 400.00 what the heck, no wonder your going broke and out of business. I have ask you twice to cancel my account and your still billing me!!

every time you get used to one app and you're doing good with it, they have to go and change it and "improve it "this new app I can't stand. There's too much information… It's too confusing. It takes too long to do anything. Just keep it simple stupid! Leave it alone. I was doing great a couple years ago and they went and changed it. And this day and age if someone's doing good on it and they don't want to change and we are paying for it it should be an option to keep the program that we joined under not keep changing it up on us. I really don't like Weight Watchers anymore. They used to give you prizes now they're so cheap they don't give you anything but these "charms ". I was counting calories and doing Weight Watchers because I wasn't losing on Weight Watchers and there were times I was at my calorie intake and I still had 15 Weight Watchers points left. No wonder I wasn't losing weight! Weight Watchers sucks anymore. Go back to a simpler program. Lifetime member.

I am hoping for good results this time. Battling with weight gets tougher as you age, and late 70's is not easy. WW+meds has been a refreshing approach to weight loss. Lots of support groups and people giving advice. Using the WW app on my phone is a good tool - scanning barcodes helps keep me in control. 1 month in and down 5 lbs.
