Webflow is by far the most unusable website builder

Webflow is by far the most unusable website builder. It is way too complex, the UI requires a masters degree in Webflow-navigation, and the websites just break by themselves without anyone touching them. Useless -avoid, avoid, avoid.

save your self hours of furstration

This is without a doubt the most frustrating website building platform I have ever encountered. They hide themselves from a real contact and send out mechanical responses that are totally worthless. If one develops a website that works like theirs, they will be in real trouble. I sent weeks developing a website after paying for the use of the site and a domain name only discover I could not publish it because webflow mixed up the log in. for some reason they assign multiple log in and you can not sort them back out.

Words cannot describe my hate for this website builder.This is the worst website builder I have ever build a website on, I had a client project he was on Webflow,My task was the change the text, improve the looks, you know normal Website stuff.I endet up spending instead of the expected 6h over 24hours on building the site.I am not kidding this is real, 24h to make a super simple almost template like site.EVERYONE JUST GET WORDRPRESS WITH KADENCE THEMEit is a bazillion times better than this builder.

Their resolution BREAKPOINT system it is a total joke. This is an embarrassment to the human intellect and business practice. The fact that if you accidentally made a mistake and you can not take it back or change it is beyond and above BAD DESIGN in their architecture.

Shocking customer service from Vikas.

Shocking customer service from Vikas.Spend weeks building my fully developed and fully functioning website, however I got locker out of my account and despite sharing all of my information and email from my account emails address Vikas is stone walling me offering no solution.Just told me to create a new account…Absolutely ridiculous.I will be actively advising people against using Webflow

Throwing in the towel

After about 4-5 years now hosting my website via webflow... I have to say i'm throwing in the towel due to the lack of maintenance on their app.You can build quite a lot of cool stuff.. but under the hood its absolutely horrible and they haven't done much to fix it. It barely runs my portfolio website. I can't even click on elements without it freezing constantly.I'm already in the process of migrating to a different tool.Such a shame because you can do a lot of stuff, but in terms of performance its just awful. You're better off just building a website that is simple, functional and runs. Will convert better any day.Managing classes is also a complete nightmare, and the UX itself does not really help you manage this. It leaves you no choice but to continuously add more "class stuff" which slows your website down.

No Customer Support

I do not know why this company is so difficult to work with. It's so complicated that my company purchased the wrong package, and I needed to change the plan that we require. We could not even get a start, and after 1-week, we still have no answer, no email response, nothing... It's extremely frustrating because we have lost a week of time.
