Absolute horrible experience! The first item was a return that they tried to resell to me, sent that back and when I received was the actual product which is complete cheap garbage! There is no customer service to it deal with and they charge excessive amounts to return an item, YES THEY SIGNIFICANTLY CHARGED TO RETURN AN ITEM, making it not worthwhile. It's a complete scam this company. BUYER BEWARE

BUYERS BEWARE! Company doesn't support defective product. Item was used less than 6 times in just under 90 days and won't turn on. For the money, it should last more than 6x. Terrible support!

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered couch with anticipated delivery date of March 31. Got rid of my old couch. Its now April 1 and it says estimated delivery date of April 1 but has not even been shipped. Reached out to customer service was told it should be shipped April 3 and I should receive within 10 days from that date. I have not damn couches and company coming over. Thanks alot wayfair your company is a scam.

I've purchased through Wayfair in the past but never had any prior issues. From my recent contact listed below, I can no longer recommend them. We purchased a Kreger 5-piece solid wood dining room set in mahogany color on 4/30/24 and paid $758.15. Within three months we noticed a few varnish chips on the table top and sides of 2 chairs. I contacted Wayfair in August 2024 who were amenable to trying to satisfy us at the time and refunded us $151.42, so our total now came to $606.53. Fast forward to March 31, 2026 and there are now numerous chips all over all of the edges of the table, along all 4 legs legs, and along the sides of all 4 of the chairs. Add to this the fact one chair is now wobbly and I can only hand tighten it since they never left the correct screwdriver when they assembled it.I own a variety of screwdrivers including a philllips head, but all are the wrong size so I can currently only try to tighten by hand. On 3/31/26 I phoned Wayfair to see what they could do since the set is less than two years old and looks terrible due to all of the varnish chips. I also asked if they could provide me with the correct screw driver so I can tighten the chair. I provided more pictures which she agreed looked bad. The best they were willing to do was offer me 10% off if I want to purchase a new set through them which at this point I don't. What is worse is they will not simply send me the metal screwdriver used to assemble these sets so I can tighten the chair, and told me I could go to a hardware store to try to find one. How am I supposed to do that when I don't know the correct size? Add insult to injury, they are still selling this set on their site so I asked if they could send me a tool that will fit this set. They can't do this! I mentioned to them that I have lower back arthritis and pain with a recent history of sciatica and do not want to fall, but this did not seem to make any difference to them. The Customer Service woman I spoke with was very nice but unable to help me. She finally took my information after I'd held on for 25 minutes waiting to speak with a manager; none was ever available. The manager was to call me within 24 hours but never called. They are still selling this set on their site and I already updated my review once in August 2024 and will try to update it again to warn people off.Based on their failure to contact me and obvious lack of concern for my safety sitting on a chair that can fall apart, I do NOT recommend purchasing through Wayfair.

Avoid buying from Wayfair if you expect any kind of reasonable customer service or returns process.I received items that were damaged, inaccurate, and poor quality. What should have been a simple return turned into a frustrating, time-consuming mess.Customer service repeatedly asked me to explain the issue over and over again. I had to go through the same reasons three separate times. They initially started the process via text, had me upload images, and then told me they couldn’t actually do anything with them. Completely pointless.After wasting 45 minutes, I called in. Somehow, it got worse. I had to repeat the item names, explain the issues again, and then they sent me the wrong product link to upload images. That meant starting the entire process over again with the same agent.This is not how returns should work. It feels disorganized, inefficient, and unnecessarily difficult.Save yourself the time and frustration. Don’t shop here.

SHOCKING customer service! I bought a sideboard and professional assembly from WF using their in house financing. Item arrived end of Feb with assembly arranged for March 1. Technician arrived and unboxed my sideboard which was extensively damaged. I contacted WF March 1 and was PROMISED a partial refund and that a repair technician would be sent out to repair the damage, they’d contact me in 2-3 days. It’s March 30th and I’ve heard NOTHING!! To complicate this, I continue to get emails from WF that there’s an outstanding balance which is incorrect and an issue on their end which they confirmed weeks ago and insured it was corrected. Fast forward to March 30th when I built up the energy to spend hours of my life I’ll never get back by contacting WF again and was told the partial refund and repair never happened because I still have an outstanding balance!!!! First of all, it is on record that I contacted WF weeks ago and this was resolved, or so I was promised. Secondly, why didn’t WF reach out to tell me the promised resolution for the damaged item was on hold because they can’t get their act together and resolve their internal finance issues?! Over 4( minutes on the phone yesterday AGAIN, trying to sort out their nonsense!! So here we are over a month after I order this junk and empty promises. The resolution offered yesterday isn’t good enough and will take more of my valuable time to fix a WF issue, not to mention the interest paid and the lack of furniture I’ll be left with having to reorder and arrange further assembly. For such a low price item this seem absurd and ridiculous not to mention extremely stressful and unvalued I feel as a customer!! YOUR RESOLUTION ISNT GOOD ENOUGH!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER WAYFAIR!!

Update/Reply: now that I have publicly noted my disappointment Wayfair asks for info to help. I wanted people reading my review to know that absolutely went to Wayfair directly before giving up- I had contacted support and they simply told me nothing can be done and ended the chat without ending the conversation. And so I should add here that customer support in this particular issue wasn’t great either.—————————I have been a Wayfair customers for years and have observed the quality of the furniture and products decline severely. Most recently we furnished a whole 3 bedroom house with 80% Wayfair furniture. We returned 30% due to poor quality and the other pieces are falling apart but sadly not eligible for returns or repairs. A sectional we purchased is falling apart just 2 months into regular, normal use. Stay away, buy from somewhere else. Cheap products that look trendy and stylish but are made cheaply with crap materials.

They were meant to deliver a mattress they gave me a time fame and delivered it completely different time (apparently) said I signed for it with no proof of signature because I wasn't there and now trying to get the money back from the bank .

I purchased two low lounge chairs for the pool side. Sadly they are not made very well. They were delivered fast and are very easy to put together . There is no real finish on them and the wood seems cheap as well as the construction. They are good looking and comfortable but doubt they will last more than 2 summers . The Instructions are to avoid keeping them in the sun which is absurd for poolside patio furniture. The materials are made in Vietnam. They are expensive and I won’t know how long they will last so we’ll see.
