Parking space paid for but lit was closed
Went to concert in Arlington. Paid for way.com parking. When arrived, the lot was closed and gated. Noone was there. I had to find parking on my own. Kept getting texts that the lot was closing close to end of concert (which was earlier than the promised check out time). When leaving, noone was still at gate. I tried to contact way multiple ways but no response for a refund. Had to order refund from my own credit card company.

The service was started off really…
The service was started off really good. But when I needed a ride back from the Airport to the shuttle garage, I had to call 3 times before someone came out, the woman I believe her name was chicante, gave me a hard time about getting a ride there. She was very rude and obnoxious, all I wanted was a ride back from the airport to pick up my car and she gave me a hard time about it. I will consider a different shuttle service next time
