This company does a great job
I don't know why Trust Pilot ranks this company so low. I had a fantastic experience with them. I found a gorgeous salt and pepper mill set online and it was quite expensive. Wasserstrom was selling the items at a big discount, for 2/3 the price of the cheapest price of everyone else. I was skeptical so I checked Trust Pilot. The reviews from the last few years were high while much older reviews complained about terrible customer service. I decided to take a chance, since recent reviews were good. The salt mill was in stock and arrived in a week. The pepper mill, when I ordered it, was back ordered and said it would ship in 3 weeks. Exactly 3 weeks later it arrived to my door. Everything was well packed, and the items are absolutely perfect. I'm thrilled and would definitely order from Wasserstrom again!

Please Do not do business with this…
Please Do not do business with this company!! Missed up my order and will not make it right !! Mean upper management and try to belittle you !! I had one lady ( Ella) to suggest I shop with Dollar Tree !! They cater to big hotels and restaurants!! No compassion for the little man !! If they continue to to bad business it will catch up with them !!

Misleading advertising poor customer service
Misleading advertising, and awful customer service. They advertise / sell on Walmart.com but advertise you will receive 6 items when they only ship one. They are aware of this issue but don't change it. Also they refuse to add on to an order (even though it hasn't shipped) saying you have to reorder. Which means another hefty shipping charge. Horrible customer service.

The merchandise arrived quickly. It was very well packaged. The prices were the best on the web. What's not to like about Wasserstrom? I give them an A+!

Went looking for a certain glass and Wasserstrom Delivered!
The site had the perfect selection and the pictures were great. The glasses were delivered in awesome condition and they were exactly what we were looking for in a beverage glass.

Out of stock items, less-than-ideal replacements
The sizes of Super Erecta Super Adjusta shelving from InterMetro were not in stock when we ordered. Sadly, no one told us this right away (we had to reach out and ask about delivery dates) and then when we were given the astonishing news about things back ordered for a month, we were offered a replacement in a different size. The swapped item was not the same style of shelf at all, and this was not clearly communicated. So we now have a shelf of a less desirable size and less desirable model (not Super Adjusta) but at least it arrived on time at a good price.

Great communication and a very quick delivery turn-around!
I utilize web-based purchasing to save time and money. For the multiple times that I've utilized Wasserstrom, I've been more than pleased with the overall efficiency of their organization. I will look to them whenever it's a possibility!

excellent selection.wide range of prices to fit my needs. product was shipped and received immediately. I would highly recommend this vendor for additional products. Fantastic are source for restaurant needs.
