When I ordered this for our great-grandbaby, I was hoping it would be perfect. 1st birthday- 1st Easter needed to be special.This arrived, and it is so perfect. It is soft, her name is spelled correctly, and it is so squeezable.

I ordered the affirmation bunny for my grandson. It is a soft plush bunny with cute affirmations on a white belly ending with the child’s name. It also said the name was on the ears. They came in several colors and two sizes. The site shows beautiful bunnies with smooth, fluffy hair. And a smooth white belly with the colorful affirmations. Our bunny came with flat, matted, hair. The belly isn’t smooth. It’s bumpy like something is under it. The bunny looks like it was a dog toy that has seen better days. Definitely not worth buying.

Ordered before the cut off of for Christmas (12/9/25), the items were from Christmas. Items didn't make it for Christmas. Only customer service is through email. Takes two weeks to get a response, that tells you they received the email, they apologize for inconveniences, but do not give a solution. Ornaments showed up poorly packaged, 5 boxes were damaged. Out of the 7 ornaments I ordered, 4 were popped open and the "snow" contents fell out all over. One ornament was broken and couldn't be put back together. Asked for replacement, waited a month, didn't get one. Demanded a refund, was told a refund was issued 3/5/26, still haven't received the refund on my card (as of 3/26/26). Their customer service is terrible. The product doesn't look anything like what is pictured on the website. The ornament is cheap looking and of poor quality. It's false advertising at best. The ornament is not worth the roughly $34. It's a $2 plastic ornament, with 2 small cheap fake trees, fake snow, your personalized picture that looks terrible, some hot glue stuck in random places.... not holding anything in place. Do not waste your money or your time. Absolutely horrible experience.

This is a real review. I am not fake. I ordered this about a month ago and received it. I could not believe when I opened it up and saw what this look like. My parents have four daughters. We just lost my dad about two months ago, now it’s my mom and my three sisters.I honestly could not believe when I opened my eyes, I could not believe how beautiful this was and how detailed everyone looked, like each one of us. It was so beautiful. I order a lot online, and I have not been happier with any purchase I have ever made like I have with this purchase.

Horrible customer service. Ordered photo pillow as a memorial gift and the ear is do distorted it looks like his ear is bleeding. They refused refund, return or sending another with different pictures. Also ordered a charm with photo which I never received. Again they did nothing about it. Said it was delivered although the photo of package was taken by driver inside car not on doorstep or mailbox they . Said to take it up with driver. Never again will order from this company. Also no phone number to call. Stay away!

Absolutely terrible company. Waited 9 weeks for my order. Emailed them plenty of times only to be told it’s on its way. Now they say its lost in delivery Customer service is appalling I have asked for a refund many times only to be told to wait a little longer and it will turn up they are not offering any compensation for inconvenience. Worst service I have ever received

Don’t expect to receive your order in a hurry I ordered an Easter gift for my grandson almost 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I doubt it will be here on time for Easter. Also no communication or updates once you place your order.

I placed an order for one of their door mats on 6th February although I have contacted them twice I have still to receive the order , I will now need to have all the inconvenience of going to credit card to get a refund ,
