Walmart App Has gone Crazy

Placed an order for groceries at my regular Hermitage TN Walmart that is MY store in my app, went to pick up the order and Walmart says I am at the wrong store, that my order is ready to pick up at the MADISON location on the other side of town. This is the 2nd time an order has been placed at one Walmart location and sent to another, and it was SENT TO another town, 20.3 miles away from me, WHY?

I ordered an item to be delivered to my…

I ordered an item to be delivered to my home. When I received notification that it had been delivered, I checked and found it in fact had not arrived. The photo that accompanied the notification showed the item sitting on a porch that was not mine. I called and reported this error on their part and was told I had to wait 3 hours and call back. I waited and called back as instructed and reported the error again and inquired when I could expect my item. I was told then to wait 48 more hours and call back. This is unacceptable.... I paid good money to get this item and due to their incompetence I do not have it as promised and am expected to wait 2 more days while the item they misdelivered is in an unknown location with absolutely no guarantee at this time that I will receive it. Furthermore, after viewing their website regarding the matter of not receiving items, they actually state that their carriers may mark an item as delivered BEFORE it actually is. Which leads to the logical conclusion that the falsifying of records may be commonplace in my opinion

Don't bother.

Garbage website. My old account simply says "suspended" with no reason, and says "check the email" but no email never arrives which leads me to believe it wants me to check an email from years ago which I assume was sent due to disuse. There is no "reset password" option, or account help mentioned. So I create a new account to buy a couple discounted gift cards and put in my card and set it all up and the order goes through immediately followed by a cancelation notice "due to an unexpected issue". I check the actual walmart account and it says they couldn't be delivered. So I re-purchase them to a different email and the exact same thing happens again. Doing nothing but wasting my time.

Genuine customers can be wrongly flagged and humiliated at self-checkout.

At Walmart in Branford, CT, I was flagged after briefly pausing to check an item’s expiry date. Even after scanning everything correctly, an associate reviewed my actions on camera as if I had done something fraudulent. This felt unfair and embarrassing. Normal customer behavior should not trigger suspicion or public scrutiny. My advice: avoid self-checkout here or be extremely cautious—there is a real risk of being wrongly flagged.

I will never order from Walmart.com…

I will never order from Walmart.com again. Ordered a weed eater and it was a pile of junk. Started a return online and was told to take it to the store to complete the return. The store then says it’ll be 10 days before the can issue a refund since it’s a “third party seller”. I’ve never had this problem with Amazon and their third party sellers. As soon as the item is dropped off at UPS, Amazon issues your refund. For all of the effort that Walmart goes through to compete with Amazon, they fall drastically short. Customer Service was equally atrocious. They kept ending the chat and the phone customer service was exceedingly rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid walmart.com.

Very disappointed with Walmart’s…

Very disappointed with Walmart’s service. I returned an item that was received at their warehouse on March 19, and as of today, I still haven’t received my refund. This delay is unacceptable. On top of that, this is not the first issue. When you place an order, they often send the wrong items, which creates even more inconvenience. Then you have to go through the return process, wait for pickup, and deal with long delays to get your money back.Customer service has been no help. They keep saying the issue will be resolved, but nothing actually happens. No follow-through, no urgency, and no real solution.Overall, very frustrating experience. Between incorrect orders, slow refunds, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend ordering from Walmart.

Walmart does not pick up trash causing rats

For the past several years, Walmart on veterans Parkway in Clarksville, Indiana\n Has had literally tons of garbage flow in a retention basin that is meant to catch water off the parking lot because this Walmart In particular , built in a low line area. Whenever a storm comes all the cardboard and plastic That they do not pick up gets collected in this retention basing. There's so much trash that rats are invading nearby houses. I have called corporate at least a dozen times. They don't\nCare as long as they can keep Money coming in. They're trash blows within about a half mile radius of walmart and collection all the fences. This Has been going on for years

12-Hour Logistics Failure followed by Support Gaslighting

Total service failure from Walmart.com. Ordered a large set of mirrors at 9:30 AM for same-day delivery. After waiting 12 hours, support lied multiple times. First, saying a driver had the items, then admitting no driver was assigned. Despite the 15-minute easy interstate drive to my residence, they failed to fulfill the order and then suggested I pick it up myself in a sedan. To top it off, after canceling due to their own incompetence, they are holding $149.48 of my money for 'up to 10 days.' Absolute humiliation for any customer who expects basic competency. Here's another bit from their email "You won't be charged for these items. Any temporary hold placed on your payment method should be removed within 10 business days." I mean do what? HUH? They do realize that's contradictory right? Total service failure but then say I won't be charged for the items but they are going to hold my money for the next 10 days? If that's not contradictory and ignorant then I don't know what is. I don't know who writes this stuff but they really need to get their heads examined. Additionally, I'm not giving them a 0% interest loan for 10 days for their incompetence. I want my money. Not only did they gaslight me, and now holding my money like I loaned it to them, not delivering what I ordered, wasting an entire 12 hours of my life that I'll never get back. To top it off here's another kicker you know what I was offered for "my troubles" $10 off gift card of a purchase of $30 or more. I mean are they kidding me? I mean what? Are they insane? First of all because of the obvious lol umm no! Second, I would never order anything from them ever again. Nor will I shop in their stores. I have no desire to be gaslighted, condescended and treated like my time wasted for an entire day didn't matter.

No cashiers, and shop like a prisoner

There are never enough cashiers, and they rarely open more than two self checkout lanes. They stop you and make you show a receipt for the items you just purchased. I actually also refuse to buy anything they lock up. They're is never anyone around to help, and every other store around doesn't lock 80% of what Walmart does. If i want to but a seven dollar bar of deodorant i have to get someone to unlock it! If that wasn't bad enough they put the item in another locked box that only one cashier has the key to. I've passed on thousands at Walmart in single days because of silly things locked up.

Not your free labor, Open more cashiers registers.

I know you're trying to stop theft. However making your customers seem criminals is wrong. At DesMoines IA store #01723 on March 29, 2026 10:30:55. While ringin up products I was flag. Which was fine because there was items that did not scan. When the lady come over, am thinking "great she will help me ring up the items". However they talk if am taking the item because her phone shown something different on the other person phone. They wanted me to rescan all my item over instead of direting me to a cashier register whom can ring up the items better than me. So instead I bought 5 items that scanned with no problems and left . Then I went to Hyvee "was greeted with a good morning"find the items I was trying buy at Prison Mart. Then went to a register with a friendly cashier and bagger that ring up my purchase and was pleasant. I will stick with stores registering cashiers for now on.
