Fits The Need
The walking pad is everything I expected, ie, size and folding capability. It was just what I was looking for to make exercise easier to sustain. Once set up, it was working ok, until this noise started when walking on the pad. It got louder as I increased speed to 2.0. I emailed customer support, Andy responded with suggestions to fix the problem.Over several months, few suggestions later, noise gone. He kept the lines of communication open so if I had any additional questions or issues again I can reach out. Andy was communicative and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Appreciated the customer service. Hope to enjoy the walking pad, for years to come.

Issue resolved with Anna's Help!
I purchased a walking pad and started walking right away. Over two months I walked 250 miles. I suddenly had a clicking sound come up. I was able to email support and they helped me figure out what was wrong and even sent me the parts! With their video guide I was able to replace the part.

I was actually shocked
I was actually shocked. I contacted Support surely after I purchased a walking pad. And I expected maybe I’ll hear back from them in a month. Within an hours, I heard back from Anna. She was able to help me to my complete satisfaction. I am impressed!
