They are the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I have 2 prescriptions same ones every month , they never have the prescription in stock .order So I call a week ahead of schedule to remind them . I call the day before I’m coming They say they have to order ! I’ve given this pharmacy a year to get better . It isn’t getting any better. They aren’t even attempting to appreciate their customers they don’t care .

Walgreens on Amboy Ave in Edison, NJ, is probably the worst pharmacy ever. Long lines to the front of the store with 10 people behind the pharmacy counter, pharmacists with inflated egos (particularly “Dr” Samantha Tull) who think they are authorized to tell patients what doctor they have to see to obtain prescriptions, and mistakes and delays in prescriptions and in messages about prescriptions. Absolutely do not go here. You are safer with literally any other pharmacy.

We had a need on Easter Sunday for a prescription so used Walgreens virtual (BIG MISTAKE) the nurse practitioner was very good and sent the prescription to Walmart at 1pm ; turns out under Florida rules Walmart cannot accept a prescription without the preceding physician putting their name to it: sent numerous messages to Walgreens virtual; finally at 8.40 pm they say the presiding physician sent a new script: 8.40 pm when no one is open; rang Walmart to check and the only thing they have had is a script from the NP at 1pmRang Walgreens to be told they don’t do refunds!So about as much use as a chocolate tea pot ; avoid at all costs and just wait for ER to open as they have been a total waste of time and taken money from us for a service not provided, will never use them again

When a company holds its customers hostage by only giving sale prices in exchange for your phone number, you know they are in trouble. I don't want a relationship with you goddammit I just want to buy my stuff and leave. It's an invasion of privacy. Somewhere a Walmart executive is laughing his ass off with glee.

Walgreens is the worst pharmacy you can imagine. I had a prescription transferred there and when I called to check on the status, the person answering the phone said it wasn’t even there. I called the pharmacist that transferred it there and she gave me the fax confirmation so I called them back. The girl looked again said it still wasn’t there and that it can take up to 24 hours. I asked speak to the pharmacist and 32 minutes later ( I was on hold), I called again. The same person picked right up immediately. I asked why I was pulled for 32 minutes and when I call back, she picks directly up. She said I’ll get the pharmacist when he gets on very condescending says he has a stack of papers that he hasn’t looked through. I could be in there. He said to come by right before closing. I will never send anything to Walgreens again

Walgreens is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It puzzles me how they haven't been buried by lawsuits with all of their shady practices. Their systems are horrible. I go with my friend to assist them in picking up prescriptions since they are disabled. Part of the reason I do this is that friend has issues with their prescription literally every time they go to pick it up. LITERALLY every time. Soetimes they have to call the doctor and everything. 90% of the time it is Walgreens stupid junky system's or lazy staff's fault. I go to other pharmacies and they do so much of the work for you because it's their job. Not Walgreens. They will give you the runaround. It's like they enjoy it. Also, never get a gift card for someone for there. They suck to try and use. Your remaining balance may get mysteriously drained after you use part of it in the store. Pretty sure a sketchy manager stole mine. Their crappy systems may or may not allow them to work.

Pharmacy staff is rude and dismissive, especially the younger staff members. Exceptionally long wait times, as in five hours for pain medication. If you ask about the wait time, they respond as if bothered by your questions. Been a customer over 30 years, but will definitely be switching to another Pharmacy altogether!

It always amazes me just how rude this company is. You would think being in the Healthcare industry that they would try. This company does not even try to help you.One person tells me that they are going to give me 3 days of... Get ready blood pressure medicine. When I went to pick it up the pharmacist tells me NO we aren't giving you any you will have to wait until Monday when we can get ahold of your doctor. Do you think my blood pressure rose? I have had them tell me so many times that they are out of a pain medicine I have to take. Out of it! I have been taking the same medicine for 10 years and they are out. They lie to your face all of the time too. They will tell you they are calling your doctor but they don't. It's a sorry company.

Walgreens Sebring North pharmacy just cannot figure out how to use the UHC benefit card. I went 4 times with 4 different employees; none knew how to access the benefit!! I went across the street to Publix and had no problem. They said people switch to them from Walgreens almost daily!!
