long shipping time
vitacost used to ship very fast, but now that they are owned by iherb.com, it takes a lot longer. My last order took more than 10 days to arrive. It's really too bad that iherb took over that company. The one star is related to my last order, before that I would have given them 4 to 5 stars. Also, on a recent order, they sent a product that was about to expire and wasn't usable

I love Vitacost
I love Vitacost. Always great service. The only complaint is the Vitacost Chelated Multimineral - Albion® Chelates and Complexes. They made me sick, and I felt like I had a heat stroke. I felt sick and then vomited and was dizzy for several hours. I would never recommend this product, and think it should be taken of the market forever.

No good since iHerb takeover
I've been ordering from Vitacost for over a decade. I live in a rural area and it's not easy to find healthy pantry staples at a reasonable price, so I very much appreciated Vitacost. Since the iHerb's takeover, Vitacost had rapidly gone down hill. They no longer have the stackable discounts. Over half of the products that I typically order are out of stock. They shut down most of the warehouses so shipping is taking over a week. It's clear that iHerb bought this company just to tank it. Because of that, I'll never buy from iHerb.

Great Company!
It’s very easy to navigate their website and they usually have a good variety of items that I would normally buy elsewhere. Can’t beat their prices, especially with a 20% discount! Everything always arrives fast and in great condition. Very happy with this company.

Horrible

The contents of the order included 3…
The contents of the order included 3 glass bottles of liquid which were not well packaged for the unpredictable handling they received on FedEx. They were miraculously not broken though the box they were shipped in was crushed on one side. There was only one layer of protection around each bottle and they were placed loosely in a plastic bag. Better wrapping of the bottles and securing within the shipping box would be prudent. I am thankful that they arrived intact but better protection would insure a consistent safe arrival.

Vitacost delivers fast, accurately and neatly packed
Vitacost usually delivers fast, accurately, top notch packaging of products and neatly. The only reason this order was not 5 star was because the wrong product was shipped and I cannot send my request of replacement or explanation in to Vitacost, for 2 days now. The request won't go through. This is not normal for Vitacost, their customer service is usually unbeatable!
