I ordered 2 stickers from them and they came out so different than what was previewed. Company claimed I didn’t write it correctly in the description even though the receipt I have from them shows it correctly. I cant use the stickers as they look terrible. Company offered me a 10% discount on my next order. They couldnt get it right the first time, no way Im ordering again. Screenshot those preview screens as it did not appear accurate. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else for decals.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I’ve been using this company for many years. They used to do great work. They’ve become very unorganized and unprofessional since we began. Recently I placed an order with them and after 10 days the stickers were not shipped. So I called up and the girl on the phone told me “we don’t know where your order is… it’s like a needle in a haystack.” So when I asked for a refund she became apprehensive and just hung up on me. Then they won’t answer the phone. Check their Yelp reviews. They have a 2.5 star rating and some people receive no product at all.

SCAM….BEWARE If I could give zero stars I would!!!Horrible company!! I ordered my stickers for a dog show March 3rd and still have not received the product. I asked for a refund since I never received them and no longer need them and they said no. They said they would do a lost mail search and still 3 months later no product. They should atleast return my money. They can clearly see on my tracking order that I never received my product. In fact it still says it is in California.Horrible customer service and do not trust them. I lost $56 on this company!!Very dishonest company.Tracking Number:9405511899560191406780' Add to Informed DeliveryLatest UpdateThe Missing Mail Search Request for your item has been closed as of 2:15 pm on May 21, 2025.And still NO REFUND on my credit card!!!!!!And no product either that is not needed any longer!! Update: Again called and they acknowledged 3 months has passed with a mail search which ended in lost product and still say they can not refund my money. I ask to speak to a manager and they continue to say that is not possible.Horrible scamming company!

I’d recommend Vinyl Disorder
Vinyl Disorder’s sticker subscription is such a fun treat each month! I really like that they collaborate with real artists and include info about them with each pack, it adds a personal touch and helps me find new talent. The stickers are always high quality and super creative. Highly recommend for anyone who loves unique art and supporting independent creators!
