Not even one star - Worst customer service ever
Not even one star. The worst customer service ever. I ordered online U002119092 March 8th and I still have not received the package. From March 17th is still in NL and I am in Switzerland…if I was going walking to NL would have been faster!! I used the chat for help, the first agent told me to wait, then to wait longer and then she just ended the chat. The next one, did not end the chat but immediately her offer was to issue a refund, without checking or something. So easy for them just to say I will issue a refund and then you can reorder and we will offer you same prices!! You are a joke!! Waiting for three weeks to receive an order and then you ask me to reorder and wait 3 weeks and who knows if I will receive it. And when I asked her why they don’t contact the carrier to find out where is the package…her response was that it is me who should contact them!!!! And she continued, than because it has not been scanned she will offer me a refund. Why nobody checked from the if it is scanned? They just take the money and then we pray for receiving it!!!!

What happened
What happened? The cotton VS underware I bought ripped along the seams, and the elastic is shot and unraveling. I wear the correct size. As a gen x lady I have always grabbed a bunch of the cotten undies in batches and they held up forever. Now...not so much. I need recommendations to a new vendor!

Hamasan, Bella and Rehmi were excellent.
These three ladies at Victoria's Secret at Tyson Mall were super helpful, friendly and informative, Hamasan, Bella and Rehmi went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Their care and service were above and beyond. Bella was also very personable and funny.

I shopped today March 18
I shopped today March 18, 2026 at about 3:45 pm. I waited in line to get a dressing room. The tablets on the wall in the dressing rooms look very convenient if you need another color, size etc. you just push the tablet for an associate. I decided I needed a different size, so I pushed the button on the tablet......and then waited, and waited. I opened the dressing room door to see if I could find anyone...but no. I got dressed, gathered my bags and opened the dressing room door and the associate was just standing a few feet away. I then asked her for a different size and she said ok. Meanwhile, I'm sitting in the dressing room waiting for her return. SHE NEVER CAME BACK. I gathered my belongings and left the dressing room to get the correct size. Now, I have to wait for another associate to unlock the dressing room door. I get in, try the pants on and proceed to the cashier. Along the way, I see the original associate who was supposed to get me another size....I approached her and said "why didn't you come back to the dressing room? I was waiting for you to bring me another size." Her response was "I got called away", and she proceeded to walk away. No apology, nothing! This particular store is HORRIBLE for customer service. The tablets in the dressing room are a nice touch....IF THEY WOULD RESPOND TO THEM. This is the West Des Moines store in Jordan Creek Mall.

Fantastic service from Victoria Secret
Fantastic service from Victoria Secret. There was some issues with delivery and I called the customer service team.Jane was super empathetic and helpful and promptly arranged for my item to be redelivered to the correct address.I updated the address details after ordering so I was very pleased that they agreed to help me. My order just arrived and I’m so happy with the outcome.Not to mention the overall quality and fit of Victoria Secret underwear being 10/10

Very disappointed in Brighton store
Very disappointed with the Victoria’s Secret store in Brighton, UK. The shop was extremely messy, and many sizes were out of stock. The drawers were disorganised and not arranged by size, making it difficult to find anything without searching through piles of items.On top of that, there was always a wait just to be let into the changing rooms, which made the whole experience frustrating. Overall, the store feels poorly managed and not up to the standard you would expect from this brand. I hope the management improves organisation and customer service in the future. 😕🛍️
