Refuse to refund when they have sent incorrect item
The item was in the incorrect packaging therefore we received a bigger bath than ordered. All evidence was sent to Victorian Plumbing and they have accepted fault. Now they are refusing to refund me £300 because they are unable to source a pallet for collection. Disgusting customer service. Best to stick to more trusted bathroom shops, will never use again.
