SELLER BEWARE! Viagogo takes your tickets and withholds payment!
I am writing this to warn everyone about Viagogo’s unacceptable and unethical business practices. I sold my tickets through their platform. The sale was completed, and the tickets were delivered to the buyer. However, instead of releasing my payment, Viagogo deleted the listing from my history and suspended my account.They claim there is "missing information," yet they never contacted me to specify what is missing, and they have blocked my access so I cannot even update my profile. This is essentially theft: they have taken my property, given it to a buyer, and are now refusing to pay me while keeping me locked out of their system.I have tried contacting support multiple times with no resolution. If you value your money and your sanity, DO NOT SELL ON THIS PLATFORM.Viagogo, I demand that you restore my account access and release my payment immediately. I will not stop until this is legally resolved.

Terrible integrity
Terrible integrity. I purchased two tickets for second row front orchestra at the Granada theatre Santa Barbara to see Yo Yo Ma. Instead, I received two tickets for second row balcony. They would not refund the purchase price and I had to contest the issue with Paypal and I eventually received a full refund. Viagogo offered a 25 percent credit only!!

Viagogo sold me invalid tickets for Napoli vs Milan
I had a terrible experience with viagogo and strongly warn others to avoid this platform.I purchased tickets for Napoli vs Milan (Order 638608194), and the tickets I received were issued under a completely different name. viagogo themselves confirmed that the tickets could NOT be personalized again, which makes them unusable for entry in Italy where ID checks are required.Despite this, viagogo refused to provide a solution before the event. Instead, they insisted I wait until the event time to “activate the guarantee,” which is completely meaningless because by then the match has already started.I spent over an hour on the phone with their support, where it was confirmed the tickets are invalid. I was then put on hold for more than 20 minutes to speak to a manager — who never even joined the call.Their customer service is extremely poor, inconsistent, and clearly designed to delay resolution. They admitted the problem but refused to fix it in time.This is NOT buyer protection. This is leaving customers without tickets and without a real solution.I am now forced to proceed with a chargeback and escalate further.Avoid viagogo if you value your money and want certainty when buying tickets.

"I purchased tickets (order #638527620) but never received them. I was left outside the arena and missed the event. Viagogo failed to deliver the tickets and kept delaying the resolution. I am now forced to request a chargeback through my bank. Extremely disappointing experience."

SL Benfica vs Real Madrid CF
I sold tickets for the match SL Benfica vs Real Madrid CF (28 January 2026) through viagogo (orders 633038104 and 633454335).After the event, viagogo cancelled the transactions claiming that the buyers were denied entry. However, I obtained official confirmation from the event organiser (Sport Lisboa e Benfica) that the tickets were successfully validated at the stadium entrance. The validation records include timestamps confirming that the QR codes were accepted.This directly contradicts the claim of “denied entry”.Additionally, before the event, viagogo contacted me requesting a clearer screenshot of the ticket, which shows that they had visibility of the ticket format and did not raise any issue at that time. The sale was allowed to proceed normally.Despite providing all supporting documentation, including official stadium validation records, viagogo refused payment for the sales and also retained funds from subsequent transactions on my account.Throughout the process, multiple different explanations were given (denied entry, invalid format, screenshots), which raises serious concerns about the consistency and fairness of the investigation.I have fully cooperated and provided all requested evidence, but the issue remains unresolved.I would strongly advise caution when selling tickets on this platform.

This was a great experience
This was a great experience. It was easy to purchase and the tickets arrived as promised. My only issue is that tickets need to be printed. When you're traveling that's not always easy. There should be an ability to download and use on your phone.

Never again will i use this company
Never again will i use this company . Our seats were showing for sale on official 02 site , even though i had paid for them months ago . Eventually recieved link to ticket sign in less than 4 hours before the show . Had a long journey to get to event so decided to purchase 2 more tickers from a trustworthy site . Avoid this company . Shocking .
