Bought 2 products…TRASH
Bought 2 products. One came and was the mini buffer. The thing boggles down with any slight use. Asked for a return and they have ignored and keep saying they are investigating. The 2nd was a mini nail file came broke won’t turn on and one button is non functional. Plugged it in to charge thinking that was the issue still nothing and when I unplugged it the white back came off. Theses were also shipped with Amazon and delayed in delivery. Now I’ve lost over $60 and who knows what will happen. Will never order from this company again.

Extremely frustrating experience
I purchased equipment from Vevor for professional use and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company.They sent the wrong product — something completely useless for my business. Mistakes happen, but the real issue was how they handled it afterward.Their customer service is clearly automated, with generic responses that don’t address the problem. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issue quickly, they made the process more complicated with unnecessary forms and irrelevant solutions.Even after I provided clear proof (photos and shipping label), they kept responding as if they hadn’t even reviewed my case.This caused real losses for me, both in time and money, since I depend on this equipment for work.To make things worse, they tried to offer a solution that didn’t even match the full amount I paid, which is completely unacceptable.Summary: • Sent the wrong product • Poor, automated customer service • Lack of accountability • Waste of time and moneyI do not recommend Vevor if you rely on your equipment for professional use.

Product was pretty good so far, but I don't like that they print your phone #as part of the shipping address, & you don't have a choice to accept their cookies. I don't want that.

I have bought from Vevor , before. Each time they deliver on time that which was promised. What else could one ask for?

Product never came. Customer service shrugged.
Product never came. Said it was shipped 11 days ago. Tracking shows it stalled at an Amazon warehouse 45 minutes away from me, and it's been there for a week. Every time I chat with customer service, they tell me all I can do is wait. They aren't refunding me, they aren't trying to find my package. They're taking no ownership, no responsibility. I run a shipping business myself. I know they have options. Worst service I've seen in ages from an e-commerce site.
