Exemplary Customer Service
Any time I have called Velotric's Customer Service, the service has been excellent! I've spoken to regular Customer Service for general questions as well as support for technical questions. Always resolved efficiently and professionally.

Fantastic company and great bikes
I have own two Discover 2s for two years now I will say these bikes a absolutely fun to ride. Very minor issues which were quickly resolved by customer service.

Mixed resilts
The customer service for my shipping instructions was great. The call I placed to the sales department to help me choose the correct frame size, regular or large, was a little lacking. My question was not definitively resolved. I called your bike shop rep in Durango, CO and together, we decided on large. If they can't get me a good fit with the LARGE, then I do have 14 days to return the bike. I don't think I will have to resort to that. Thanks.

Fast replies, great product knowledge, and quick resolutions to our minor issues continue to support our choice of Velotric for our ebike purchases. It doesn't hurt that we love our bikes - quality product!

Been looking at electric bikes for about a year and a half and decided from everything I’ve read in all the reviews that I would buy your product! And the reviews were right very nice bike love riding it exactly what I wanted no buyers remorse here!!
