Good products however they outright lie about their shipping time frames. Why do I say they lie? Well because their site gives order processing cut off times and then shipping times. The normal person would take the processing time as meaning if ordered before that time, then it should be processed and shipped that day, and then follow the shipping times section.Well, they have never one hit that and talking with a couple reps, they claim they don't hit it and people have complained before. A rude customer service manager called me on the phone after I complained about it and all she wanted to say was that I must not have an issue with it because I've never complained before, and I have ordered a number of times in the past. She said to give them a month or so to update the site. It's been 3-4 months and they still do not updated it.So while I do like to shop with American based companies and products, the way they lie about this here is, well, quite frankly, unacceptable. They lie about it because people have complained about it multiple times, their customer service knows they do not hit their published times, and they refuse to update their site. Will I buy from them again? Maybe? at the very lest if I am in a rush for something, then absolutely not. If you are needing parts quickly and need something to ship the same day or even the next, then look elsewhere. They tend to take 3-4 days to ship products. For reference, my order was just standard filters. Nothing custom or special. Update: A manager reached out to me. She was able to verify my prior orders did ship the same or next day, that the rep who told me that they always shipped days later was incorrect and that action would be taken. I've updated this from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Just installed a u s water softener today after having an AO Smith that did not work from the start. Pure junk. After a few hours of using the new system, my wife said " my hands feel better already". Very easy to install and working just fine. We are very pleased so far.

On 12/29/25 I placed an order for some tubing. They immediately charged my CC and sent me a confirmation email. On 1/6/26, after over a week with no notice of the tubing being shipped I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I received a confirmation email of the cancellation stating that I would receive my refund in 7-14 days. Well today is 01/22/26 and still no refund. I have emailed several times inquiring about it and to be fair I have received replies each time stating they have opened a ticket and are looking into it. Communication is okay with this company but execution is HORRIBLE. I do not recommend them.

Everyone was very helpful in troubleshooting the RO-5 filter unit. It took a bit to diagnose the issue, but with their support we were able to work through it and get the necessary parts ordered efficiently.

Do not do business with this company. They are just money grubbing slobs. I purchased a part and paid 4 times the cost of the part for overnight shipping. The part did not arrive for 1 week. These clowns refused to even refund the shipping costs. I talked to some woman who said she would talk to her boss and call me back, no call. She could not understand why I was upset. Total dishonest company, go else were.

I purchased a filtration system from US Water Systems and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the company. One of the things I truly appreciate is that all of their products are made in the USA…..a big plus for me.After a few months of using my system, I ran into an issue with one of the units. I reached out to customer service, and a representative personally walked me through the troubleshooting process step by step. When it turned out the issue couldn’t be resolved, they immediately sent me a replacement unit.The system itself works wonderfully, and the level of support I received was outstanding. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands so firmly behind its products and takes such good care of its customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend US Water Systems to anyone looking for a reliable filtration solution.

We purchased the filtration system and it has had nothing but problems. Called for support but was told we had to purchase more parts. After 18,000.00 it is still NOT WORKING and now we are bypassing it totally and the quality of our water is horrible. They offer NO support and only want more money. They are by far the worst company. DONT INVEST IN THIS SYSTEM!!!!!!!

This company is one of those places that always seems to have a "sale" running. I bought a softener on "sale" for $1400 and after it shipped, a real "sale" happened and the price was $1000. When I asked about a price adjustment they didn't respond (you have to nag these people). Eventually, they responded with another person's order information(yikes). I finally got an answer of no. When I submitted a return for the softener they just stopped communicating. Customer support is poorly organized and slow to respond. As for the softener, I would recommend looking at other less expensive options. You are definitely NOT paying a premium for a good experience with these folks. The tank appears the same as the low end tanks but has a goofy metal looking sleeve to make it look more fancy. The tank didn't stand up straight out of the box. The valve and controller unit is just some rebranded thing with a screen/ui from the late 80s. The app you download is from chandlersystemsinc. The softener does seem to do its job, just way overpriced for what you get.update: the RMA request was submitted on 7/18 and an email was sent stating "Our customer service team is reviewing your information and will get back to you real soon.", which has not happened as of 7/28... At this stage this is a moot point as I went ahead and installed this unit, so the RMA or further conversations with customer support is meaningless.
