We were fine for months but then our network stopped working. We even bought a new phone thinking that something went wrong there. Alas, its on their end and their support has no idea how to get our network working. Crazyness. They expect us to trouble shoot for hours and hours and offer no compensation when its clearly on them.

I purchased the unlimited premium Dark Star )ATT)... it is the most unreliable of the 3 main networks. The place I need it to work I only get 1 bar and it is impossible to load a 3 min youtube video. I did a test with mint and tmobile users and both blew my network out of the water. So disappoijnted with Dark Star, stay away from it. I'm also testing the Verizon premium with USmobile and it is much better. But usmobile is being anal that i purchased a (1 year) premium iwth ATT only and have zeor flexibility to switch me over. I researched the maps on where I live, ATT was supposed to be a close second to Verizon. Unless usmobile will make this right, I will never buy them again or recommend them. Ugh, right now, they are just a big hoover money company = shame.

This is the most deceitful, dishonest, and hypocritical mobile service provider I have ever dealt with. I personally brought a large number of customers to this company—and now my goal is to convince every single one of them to leave as soon as possible. Moreover, I will be encouraging all of them to post negative reviews everywhere they can.After paying for the most expensive plan for my wife, we discovered that she cannot use anything beyond basic calls and internet. The excuse? They claim it was purchased under a “promotion.” In reality, they sold us a basic level of service at the price of a premium plan—this is outright deception.We spent several hours dealing with customer support, and every single representative was polite on the surface, constantly reassuring us that our issue would be resolved. In the end, however, the only “solution” they offered was to pay an additional $200 to unlock access to the very services that were supposed to be included in the first place. So what exactly is the benefit of this so-called promotional offer, if under the guise of a “deal” you strip away essential features and then demand extra payment to restore them?There is no way to get a refund. There is no option to switch plans. We have repeatedly complained about extremely poor network coverage, yet the company ignores it, even though they clearly have the technical ability to improve the connection (such as switching to a different tower) but simply refuse to do so.This company does not deserve trust, customers, or recommendations. I strongly advise everyone to stay as far away from this provider as possible/////////////////////////You sent me a form asking me to provide my personal details. However, I have already submitted this information to your support team numerous times. Please simply provide your email address, and I will initiate a correspondence with you there. All I want to know is this: can the "Unlimited Premium" annual plan—purchased during the winter promotion you ran—be transferred to a "Wrap" plan as an exception, or not?

The firm has been a US Mobile customer going on three plus years. US Mobile's 5-star customer service, dependability, coverage and stellar wireless plans are what keeps this firm using US Mobile. What's even better is US Mobile's DarkStar (AT&T) Premium Plan allows customers to have 20GB of international roaming each month, something no carrier or MNVO offers their customers. Ahmed, the CEO and Yale University graduate is hands-on, always interacting with customers so he knows exactly whats happening and continues to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. 5-Star Company.

US Mobile offers unlimited hotspot on their Dark Star plan, but will not allow you to use the sim in an actual hotspot device. My account was active for a whole ten minutes before the sim recognized that the imei of my device was a hotspot. My account was then immediately suspended. Before I had even tried to use it.This restriction is never spelled out in their terms and conditions. Customer Service told me that only phones could be allowed for hotspot usage. They also repeatedly told me that this was to combat "excessive or abusive usage that negatively impacts network performance" but nowhere in the T&C does it say that hotspot devices are not allowed. There is one spot in #7 of the T&C that says "please see hotspot policy below", but there is not hotspot policy below, or above, or anywhere within the entire website.I paid for service. I was not allowed a kilobyte of data even though I was completely within the terms of use.I have filed an FCC complaint and expect to be ignored, but this is a horrible bait and switch.The Customer Service did work with me to get a refund quickly and did cancel my service when I asked them to do so. This is the only way they gained that second star.
