Suit not sized correctly, order 2 sizes up
The swimsuit I ordered was size 14, and I wear a size 10 in regular clothing. It is so tight I can barely breathe and my back fat is out of control in this suit.

The delivery in the products were fine
The delivery in the products were fine, but the yellow bathing suits become absurdly transparent when wet. Maybe I should’ve dug more into the comments, but once they are wet, you can just only see the liner.

Our order never arrived
Our order never arrived. Their review is through emailing a PDF form, which will take 3-5 days. Unacceptable when we need the suit this week. Disappointing and frustrating. Also, this was delivered by Maersk, and they don’t provide a photo proof of delivery—harder to decipher what went wrong.

Order elsewhere
I’ve ordered directly from Speedo two times. And BOTH times something from my order was cancelled. There is not likely to be a third time. Why are there products on your website you don’t actually have to sell? It’s costly, annoying, inconvenient and frustrating and just not worth anyone’s time to order from you. In the end I still paid shipping costs to get something from you, but then also had to pay shipping again to get the other thing I needed, elsewhere.

Goggles for Wide Faces
Finally, I found a pair of goggles for everyday swimming that fit around my eyes and sits on my forehead and cheeks. I don't like the suction feeling around me eye sockets. This pair of goggles is so comfortable and offers a better and bigger view. It's such a relief to have such comfortable goggles. Finally.

Another order canceled for being out of…
Another order canceled for being out of stock. I’m sure you’ll respond with another canned donotreply email without actually listening to the issue. It’s been 4 times in the last month and the item is STILL shoppable on your site even though you do not have it. Operations are abysmal - customer service is even worse. Way to ruin decades of brand affinity with sloppy ecomm.
