I have a very good experience shopping with Sandro. Nice, truly French atmosphere. I don’t speak French but there is a translation available. I only wish there were more items in bigger sizes - like size 4 and 5.

All Style, No Service: Cheap Delivery and Empty Promises
Sandro presents itself as a premium middle-market brand, but in reality, it’s all style and attitude with very little substance. They clearly cut costs by choosing the cheapest delivery options, where parcels are simply left unattended at the door.Customer service does little more than send empty apologies, while the issue remains unresolved for over a month.If you’re looking to waste your time and nerves, I can recommend it. Otherwise, there are plenty of more reliable and customer-oriented brands out there that don’t rely on unnecessary pretension.
