No refund/credit

Please beware of a scam.I purchased a defective pair( yes, it was final sale), the pair's original price was 425 however quality is those of steve madden.This is not a brand, it a fast fashion (which is not a bad thing on its own but this one is outrageously overpriced ) Long story short they asked for photos (and video), tags and protective sole was attached, for several days they were quiet, then they pretended they can not open pictures to see (seriously), then they provided shipping label, then they lied that package was never shipped and when Fedex confirmed proof of delivery with a last name of a warehouse employee signing for it, they promised to issue credit in 20 days 😂 Hopefully I forget by this date, right? But hey, they never did.This is the most miserable and dumb customer service on Earth.I had to file with my CC to reverse the charge.I never heard from them ever since

I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Maje.I placed an order worth €749, which has never been delivered. According to the DPD tracking information, the package was never handed over to me. Despite this, instead of resolving the issue promptly by either resending the order or issuing a refund, Maje has placed the burden entirely on me.They are requesting excessive and unreasonable documentation, including: • A copy of my identity card • A signed police report • A handwritten and signed certificate of honour • A completed and signed DPD declaration formThis process is incredibly time-consuming and, frankly, not my responsibility. Under European consumer law, the seller remains responsible for the goods until they are successfully delivered to the customer. I have fulfilled my obligation by paying for the order Maje has not fulfilled theirs.What makes this even more frustrating is that this concerns a significant amount of money. As a loyal customer and fan of the brand, I expected much better service and support.Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my perception of Maje. I will not purchase from them again and am considering taking legal action to resolve this matter.Very disappointing. J’ai rempli mon obligation en payant la commande ; Maje n’a pas rempli la sienne.Ce qui rend la situation encore plus frustrante, c’est qu’il s’agit d’un montant important. En tant que cliente fidèle et admiratrice de la marque, je m’attendais à un bien meilleur service et soutien.Malheureusement, cette expérience a complètement changé ma perception de Maje. Je n’achèterai plus chez eux et j’envisage d’engager une action en justice pour résoudre cette situation.Très décevant.Monique

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered with express delivery. Parcel did not arrive after 1 week. Contacted Maje who refunded express postage. Parcel still did not arrive and FedEx now chasing for £172 customs fee to get parcel delivered. I have contacted Maje multiple times and they continue to ignore me. I have now raised a case with PayPal.

Underwhelming Experience

Beautiful clothes and lovely designs, but the online customer experience and packaging did not reflect the premium positioning of the brand.My order arrived with the garments looking as though they had simply been thrown into the package, with no proper folding or care in presentation. I have genuinely received better packaging from fast fashion brands, which was disappointing considering Maje’s reputation and price point.One of the buttons also arrived with loose threading and a visible imperfection. While this does not make the garment unusable, it is something I will need to fix myself.What was most disappointing was the follow-up customer service. After explaining that the Ireland contact form was not working, I was simply redirected back to the same form rather than having my feedback properly acknowledged.The clothes themselves are beautiful, but the packaging, quality control, and customer care experience did not align with the premium standard I expected.
