Their AI chatbot gives wrong information and after talking with them numerous times they still refuse to acknowledge the mistake and compromise.

The new policy of charging customers if they keep less than £40 worth of items feels unfair. ASOS is an online-only retailer, so we often need to order multiple sizes of the same item to find the right fit — just as we would try things on in a physical shop. Sizing is inconsistent across different products, which makes returns unavoidable in many cases.Penalising customers for returning items that don’t fit properly places an unreasonable burden on shoppers. It discourage me from ordering with confidence.

I have tried multiple times to raise a complaint as there are multiple styles of jeans with no indication of the leg length on them. The AI chat bot which you are guided to use on the complaints page says it can't escalate the complaint so BRICK WALL. I've had this experience with ASOS before, I should have remembered and steared clear. I will use another brand to buy some jeans. It amazes me how these companies claim to have complaints procedures and then give customers no way to actually raise them

I have ordered two packages over the last two weeks and both times the packages have been lost by evri! Both times ASOS' customer service has been excellent and very helpful as I started with an ai chat bot but was then immediately put thought to a person.

Have a One4all Card and can't use it as Asos' website is crap and keeps saying it can't accept it. Can't speak to a human - sick and tired of AI bots that are useless WHERE ARE THE HUMANS
