I’d give it a 0 if I could.

I’d give it a 0 if I could.I had to return an online order and of course, retail stores don’t accept online order returns. The only shipping destination available to me (based in UK) is freaking Nebraska, which cost me exactly half of what I paid for the jacket.Also the customer communication email content is less than rubbish English. If they had bothered to use even just Google translate for their content, it would still be a better look.Rubbish company. Do I even say that the jacket was a completely different colour than pictured.

Awful sales assistant with terrible attitude

We got to the till and there was 10% off your first purchase. This was my first time at the store so I selected this option. It wouldn’t let me connect to the QR code because there was no signal in the store so we asked the retail assistant and she said “it’s not her problem”. We asked why they would have this option if there is no signal in the store and she laughed at us and suggested that it’s only 10% off so what are we moaning for. When we refused to pay and left, she’s chuckling to other customers and saying it’s funny we’re kicking up this much of a fuss over 10% off. Horrible member of staff and very patronising

Asked for help at the till because of the offer of 10% off

Asked for help at the till because when you scan your item it asked to become w member. We left the shop to get some signal to be able to sign up. After being unsuccessful we asked the lady a the till ( today, saturday 21st March 2026) wearing white top and jeans. We asked Her for help with signing up. She laughed at us and said it’s non of her problem if we can’t sign up. She also laughed and said we are desperate for 10% off. I don’t think there is anything embarrassing with wanting to sign up as it’s the first thing it come sup. We left the shop and tried to get WiFi. After not much luck, we asked for help and got laughed at. The lady was really patronising and not helpful at all. I’ve shopper few times here and will never return. She laughed at us instead of offering help. I advise for you to remove the ’become a member’ when scanning an item if your staff is not trained properly to be kind of helpful. She was so rude laughing at us and not wanting to help. We will never return. Very racist shop. So sad. Have a look at your cctv and you’ll be able to see how horrible your member of staff was. So racist.

Dishonest Dealings

After following their exact return instructions and receiving postal service verification, they did not return my money. I'm out $53 for a returned shirt. Buyer beware!

Satisfied interaction with customer service

Satisfied interaction with customer service of Urban REVIVO. I ordered on line 6 items. After already successfully buying in store in Singapore, I was looking forward to receiving the shipment. As it took some time, I checked shipping progress online (useful link provided by customer service). Upon arrival we noticed on one dress some issues and notified Urban REVIVO Customer Service, which smoothly und in an uncomplicated manner solved the issue. Communication was fast, excellent English writing skills and friendly atmosphere throughout the whole process. Thanks to whoever attended me, we will continue to buy in shop and online.

They are the scam

The website makes it seem like the brand is based in the U.S., the outfits look great, and the models look fantastic. Somehow it is overseas and from somewhere in China. You have to wait a long time to receive the items you order, and I don't know if they really have customer service. You have to pay for the return shipping to their warehouse, which may not exist.

Avoid ordering online...

Avoid ordering online.... you have to return items to either China or Nebraska at your own cost... I bought a jacket for over 120 pounds, it arrived all screwed up in a ball from China, the quality isn't great I was disgraced by the quality and how it was delivered for such a high price, looked like I had bought something from Shein.. Final punch in the gut was to find out it would cost me 40 pounds to return to Nebraska instead of being able to return to their oversized store in Westfield Stratford, which baffles me.. If you buy in store you can return in store, however if you order online, you get ripped off... I never leave reviews but I feel absolutely robbed of my consumer rights. so felt the need to let other people know.

TIRED OF NOT GETTING MY ITEMS

The company is not a scam . 17 Tracking Delivery is bad.

Edited: complete crash out. Wanted my birthday items in December.It appears the first package ordered in December 2025 was lost. Same thing happened December of 2024. However, customer service was actually very helpful. It's not the company and I don't believe they are a scam company. I think 17 tracking, which is the delivery service they use, does not do them any justice. They don't deliver to PO Boxes and if you deliver to a large apartment complex they more than likely leave your package out on the street. There is no way to contact this company as their phone number does not work and they do not provide an email.This company would do better using FedEx DHL or UPS. I had to provide a relatives address who lives in a house and has a surveillance camera.Bittersweet. Happy I was able to get my items but not for the time that I wanted it. I'm sure they are losing money.
