Got a notification saying DELIVERED. eve had a photo of my parcel at my door. BUT I NEVER RECIEVED. I'm dead set CERTAIN the DELIVERY DRIVER took it back. Stole it. Nobody's answering the phone. Can't file a 'claim'- it won't let me. $400 worth of items in that parcel. MOST UNHAPPY & ANGRY!!!!!!!!

I paid extra to have my package delivered on a specific date! No reason for delay! Poor customer service! Poor delivery service!Definitely not worth trusting UPS!

Absolute dog shit service. Package expected for Thursday, delayed three times and now they’re telling me the package hasn’t moved when it got to the uk and they lost it. Now they dont respond to emails. The calls all go to India too, nobody in the uk to help, despite the service being in the uk. Poland to uk shipping time so far is more than one week. The only garbage postal service that takes this long from Poland to uk.

UPS marked my parcel as “delivery attempted” even though no one came to the address. We have 24/7 CCTV and there was clearly no attempt made.On top of that, the tracking number they provided doesn’t even work on their website, so I couldn’t arrange redelivery myself.Very frustrating experience and poor service. I now have no idea where the parcel is or when it will arrive.

They have the most horrible service ever. I was sitting home waiting for my packages. Nobody came to the door, and then the driver noted on the UPS app that the driver attempted the delivery but failed. They are now sending the package back to the sender. What a big lie! And this happened not once, but multiple times. Whenever I can choose the delivery company, I'd never ever choose UPS.

Unbelievable I paid for next day air on Thursday friday rolls around there tracker says in route but it wasn’t, so I do the chat it tells me to wait for a call. I wait about 30 minutes phone rings I wait another seven minutes they answer, barely speak English so we get through the call nothing resolved and says the local hub willCall me to setup a pick up time wouldn’t give me any other info. So finally after five calls I get a call from the local place that has the package and they say “There’s nothing we can do your package may or at not be in a trailer that hasn’t been processed yet but whe n it’s scanned well cal you and you can come pick it up” well at 0738 Saturday morning the package was scanned I call in the lady calls me back and says the package is in a seal trailer and there’s no one there to get the package. I was completely bullshitted and lied to by the first callers they knew damn well if the didn’t get to that package I wouldn’t get it. This was my check that I explained to them that I had to have this check that’s why we paid for over night but they couldn’t care less now in negative in my bank and have a three day notice. By the way I still haven’t gotten my mailAnd they haven’t even apologized or offered any solution except I wait because they said so. I have lost a ton of respect for UPS and will do my best to find other shippers to use after this. Thanks for causing me more debt UPS

THEY HOLD YOU HOSTAGE ALL DAY WAITING FOR A PACKAGE YOU HAVE TO SIGN FOR!!! THEY SAY BU 9PM A CERTAIN DAY... THEN 3 DAYS LATER STILL NO PACKAGE. THAT IS HOLDING PEOPLE HOSTAGE AT HOME WAITING FOR THEIR LYING ASSES!! Customer service is a joke. They lie to you every single time. It takes calling them 20 times to still not get any true information. DO NOT USE "UPS"!! BOYCOTT THEM!! THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR SCREWING PEOPLE OVER!

UPS is the worst company when it comes to handling courier. My package was lost with very important documents. Customer service is pathetic and they are not upto the mark.They couldn’t even handle courier to be delivered properly within a 30 miles distance. They keep lying about the status of package every time we call. Lessons learnt and never ever use the service of UPS
