I ordered wig, but they didn’t come out as shown in the picture, so I decided to return them. Unfortunately, I lost my tracking receipt, which made things a bit stressful. I reached out to customer service, and they were responsive and got back to me quickly each time, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that I wish they had a direct phone number to make communication easier. Overall, a decent experience thanks to their quick messaging support.

Great service received
Great service received. The hair i ordered was out of stock. The customer service kept me up to date and provided a similar alternative. They offer me a discount on the additional payment made to get a longer lenght. The hair is on its way as per tracking number. third time buying from Unice as the hair is excellent quality. I will be back.

UNice Hair has become a staple in my daily life. I spent years and years trying and trying to find wigs that suited me without needing customization to a large cap because I have such a large head. UNice Hair is BOTH Big and Small head friendly. For me, being so big head friendly is what seals the deal for me. Not to mention- quality and consistency every time I order. I rely on UNice and hope to for as long as possible! Ps. Customer service may take a bit to respond but they ALWAYS get back to me and are sure to rectify any situation- whatever it may be.

I received my unit and I have to say I was very pleased with the quality of this wig. There was a little delay, but I was made aware. I just wish I had been made aware sooner. The hair feels amazing. The cap fits perfectly. If you decide to buy this wig, you will not be disappointed.

False advertising and unacceptable customer service.
The hair I received is not human hair, despite what is clearly advertised on UNice’s website. It does not match the product shown in the photos or description in any way.After I raised the issue and provided clear photo evidence, I was told to return the item at my own expense, with no guarantee of a refund. That is unacceptable. When a company sends a product that is misrepresented, the burden should not fall on the customer to fix it.The quality is extremely poor—this is not human hair. Within a week, it became dry, rough, and straw-like, which is consistent with synthetic hair, not what was advertised or paid for.I have purchased from this company before and overlooked previous issues, but this is far beyond a minor discrepancy.I will not be purchasing from this company again, and I recommend you don't either.
