I had a very frustrating experience with Undercover Tourist and would not recommend using them.I purchased a 3-day, 3-attraction ticket for my trip to San Diego after carefully reviewing their website. The full list of included attractions clearly showed the ones I planned to visit: San Diego Zoo, USS Midway, and SeaWorld. Based on that information, I felt confident in my purchase.However, when I downloaded my pass, SeaWorld was not included. I reached out to customer service via email and received no response. When I called, the experience only got worse. The first representative initially told me SeaWorld was included, then changed her answer and said it was only part of a “premium” ticket—which is not what was advertised on the page I used.When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told that I hadn’t checked the website properly and was directed to contact SeaWorld instead. This was both incorrect and dismissive. The issue clearly stems from misleading or inaccurate information on their website, yet no effort was made to resolve it or take responsibility.As a result, I’m now stuck either missing an attraction I planned for or paying extra out of pocket due to their mistake. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced—unhelpful, unresponsive, and unwilling to fix a clear error.I will not be using Undercover Tourist again.I have screenshots of the inaccurate description where the website states SeaWorld was included and will now be referring the matter to the Federal Trade Commission for resolution.

The price was good... a small but real discount. When our plans changed and I had to cancel, I was able to reach a person to accomplish that--even a little outside business hours. The return was exactly as disclosed up front before purchase. The person I spoke with wasn't the greatest. She did not seem able to listen and understand that I already understood the terms of the return and was fine with them and did not need a long explanation or mea culpa on the fee. She had a bunch of stock phrases she seemed compelled to repeat about valuing my time that just dragged the call out longer. It took 10 minutes plus when it could have taken two. But overall, the experience was good.

Prior to purchasing the tickets, I had a few questions. The first person was very helpful and telling me when the sale was ending. The second two sales person never would say when the sale of tickets was ending. Tickets aren’t cheap so to know was important to plan our budget.

I used Undercover Tourist to purchase tickets for my WDW trip last year. My daughter got sick while on the trip, and we needed to cancel our plans to attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Undercover Tourist made it easy to return our purchase, and made me a return customer for life.

I understand that pricing is dynamic and that ticket prices can change day to day. However, when I was researching express passes for my family, I was frustrated when I checked prices on your website and then when I returned later to purchase them, they cost more. Again, I understand that payment model, but I still felt annoyed and feel like the system is rigged because once the algorithm knows we’re interested, it charges more.
