Why Under Armour is a great value

Under Armour makes stylish clothing that fits well and come in a great pallete of colors. Under Armour clothes may even make you feel sexier the way it hugs the contours of your body. It's hip with the younger set but looks great on a dad bod, too. I have dozens of Under Armour shirts, hoodies, pants and caps. I never have been disappointed with an Under Armour purchase.

The returns system is an absolute…

The returns system is an absolute nightmare. They sent a free return label for DHL but the nearest collection point was over 30 mile round trip. Followed the link and drive to the ‘Go Local’ on Shorley Road Keswick only to be told by a staff member that they don’t send them ! Stuck with the return and no idea how to get money back now ! Wasted journey and now will have to contact UA during my working hours to sort.

Golf gloves

Had some golf gloves bought me for Christmas.Wore them about 6 times.They were unfortunately in a bad state.I requested help from customer service & got absolutely none!!Unless I can prove that I bought them directly from Under Armour they wouldn't help. Full stop.Last purchase of Under Armour from me, what a shame they don't care about there product

Genuinely the worst online order i've…

Genuinely the worst online order i've ever had in my life. Placed the order, came in a decent time frame but not in time for when I needed it so ended up buying in store. Returned by DHL, arrived at their warehouse 3 days later and got an email confirming the return and saying up to 3 days for a refund. 3 days later nothing, reach out to help chat, 'up to 14 days' 14 days later nothing, speak to help chat 'We'll talk to the warehouse and get back to you by email', a week later nothing, contact them again and same thing, 3 days later nothing. Now I email instead of using help chat, someone from under armour says what return label did I use as they have no record of a return from me and I didn't use their label, even though I did and they already confirmed the return. Checked trustpilot and realised this is their seemingly go to scam to keep the items and your money, ended up doing a chargeback, absolute SCAM of a company, NEVER order online - just use amazon instead.

ZERO! Nightmare returns. Don't issue refunds without chasing them.

I would give zero if I could. The worst service ever! They deliver slow but the returns process is a nightmare. They do not issue refunds. You have to chase them to get YOUR money back. I think it is really shady practise and I advise everyone to AVOID this company. They don't respond by email. they cut you off on the phone and have the worst chat. I will never buy from them again.

Managers don't care about employees

Managers don't care about employees, management often retaliates at the Branson Missouri location. Over all not a good company to work for or buy from.
