Omg, this is a scam. Do not order from them. There is only 1 person answering the phone after cutting you off 10 times. Emailing them will get rejected /refused to accept from their system.I purchased a large blinds $250 and it came damaged.And it’s a dead end trying to get a refund.

I order a grill héritage and I returned becus I didn’t want it It was very slow for heat, I ask for refund, never refund it and never return my grill also , I call they said they throw it to garbage .What kind of service that.

Put in an order on May 5, got a tracking # but you can see on the tracking # it only had a label made and the item is still stuck in their warehouse. I contacted customer service via phone and email 5 times. They each said they will check with their warehouse and get back to me before the end of the day. But every time, no response back. Repeat. At this point i think this company is a scam. And based on the reviews, i am not the only one. I hope i can cancel it but at least i can phone my credit card company and give them all the proof they need -- which will be veyr easy -- to get my money back. Be warned! Avoid these guys.

18 days and only just been dispatched , probably another 18 days before it arrives then .ordered on 24th May just recieved email saying been dispatched but no tracking number . I will update when it arrives.

Terrible customer service! I bought a pottery wheel which smells of burning when in use. Asked for a refund but company is insisting on sending a replacement which I don’t want as I’ve lost confidence in the wheel now. I’ve asked numerous times for them not to send the replacement but they insist that the item has been sent. I’ve asked for proof of postage for more than a week now which they cannot give me as I’m guessing it hasn't actually been sent yet. Customer service respond quickly but are dictating how they are going to proceed rather than giving me a choice. Would never be confident to buy from them again.

I had a great experience with the purchase of my RTS Home Accents Outdoor Kitchen Sink. I reached out to customer service via email about the change in the tracking number they originally provided. Their reply came within 24 hours and followup to that reply as well! My sink shipped promptly within 4-5 days via FedEx Ground. Arrived today in perfect condition. The entire transaction was a pleasure. The price I purchased it for was phenomenal. They even included a 10% discount on my next order as well.

Never delivered items ordered. Kept saying they were awaiting word from warehouse about shipping. Has been going on for six weeks. Will file more serious fraud claims if they do not refund purchase.

100% fraud. They never fulfilled their portion of a Walmart order and went as far as to include pictures from another part of the larger order to claim that they did. I never received the items I was supposed to from them, and their customer service team will not honor their commitment. Stop payment/fraud will be issued from Walmart.
