I had a terrible experience with Coach

I had a terrible experience with Coach. My order was never delivered, and it seems most likely that it was lost or even stolen during delivery by DPD. What made the situation worse was how difficult it was to communicate with Coach’s customer service.Responses to my emails took several days, which only added to the frustration. When I tried calling, the support team was unhelpful and didn’t provide clear solutions or updates. Instead of resolving the issue efficiently, I had to chase them repeatedly and fight to get my money back.Overall, the entire experience was stressful and disappointing. I expected much better customer service from a brand like this, but unfortunately, it fell far below expectations. Do not order from them seriously!!!!

Purchased new bag but given ex-display / returned used bag

I am incredibly upset and disappointed by the experience I had at your Cannock Outlet store on April 1st, 2026. This wasn’t just a casual purchase for me; I had saved for six months for a black Tabby 25 to mark a personal milestone. What should have been a special moment has been completely ruined by poor service and a lack of accountability.​When I visited the store, the sales assistant (Izzy) took a display model to the back to get me a "new" one. Because I trust the Coach brand, I didn't think I needed to inspect the bag before she wrapped it. However, when I got home five hours later, I was shocked. The bag was clearly either a floor model or a heavily used return: the hardware was scratched and discolored, a stitch was broken on the strap, and the price tag had been crudely taped back together inside a pocket.​The way this was handled afterwards has been even more insulting:​The Lack of Responsibility: When I called, the manager was dismissive and blamed the Bicester outlet for sending the bag in that state, rather than taking responsibility for his own team selling it.​The Physical Toll: Because I had no confidence in the store, I had to drive a 70-mile round trip (three hours of travel) the very next day just to get my money back.​The "Gesture of Goodwill": In-store, I spoke with Ghavind, who acted as if he was doing me a favor. He offered a hangtag worth £10,that didn't even match my bag—an offer that felt like a slap in the face considering the time and fuel for a 70 mile drive I wasted fixing their mistake.​To make matters more confusing, I have been in touch with Assistant Manager at the Bicester store. She referred my complaint to her Regional Manager, who I was promised would contact me. Instead, I simply received a message from the original sales assistant asking if I "was happy with the bag."​No one has actually attempted to resolve this issue . I have been left out of pocket for travel expenses and deeply saddened by an experience that fell well below the standards of a premium brand. When spending £485, a customer expects quality and respect, neither of which I received.I have reached out to customer services who Refered me back to cannock store, who were slow to respond but said that a handtag is all they are authorised to offer as gester of good will. I am being told different things, customers services refuses to offer any real compensation for my out of pocket expenses returning the bag
