There was fluid in the food bag, on food package and soaked into some food. It is not safe to eat food received in this condition. I was not offered a replacement or a refund. I had to discard food and wasted my money. I think this is wrong and is not up to food standards. I offered to send my video but I am shocked with the response from Ubereats and very disappointed that it is so difficult to get help compared to other food services.

Awful customer service I placed an order for items on promotion and scheduled a delivery once my items arrived they came all at full price charging me over £10 more and 3 items missing. I reached out on the app which was horrible communication they just kept saying wasn’t charged for the items that were out of stock even tho I explain that wasn’t my issue it was being over charged I added photos several times at their request and they kept saying the same thing I wasn’t charged for the out of stock items. I reached out on messenger who said to sort via the app, so far I have spent nearly two days trying to sort this and getting no where. Everytime I get someone else on the chat and they don’t listen or resolve the issue. I won’t be using them again it’s terrible service

I have spend €3,047 in 2 years yet they refuse to refund me a sandwich that got wrongly advertised. They have lost a customer for life, going to use Thuisbezorgd from now on since they have the same places anyway. I genuinely wish I could show you the picture of what was advertised and what I got. I don't give a hoot about the money, it is about the principle.

I had a really disappointing experience with Uber Eats and their “Priority Delivery” service.My original order was delivered to the wrong address, which was frustrating enough. After reporting it, a replacement order was arranged (After I paid again for the food) — but despite paying for Priority Delivery, it took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. When I asked the driver what took so long, he said that he had other deliveries to make. When I mentioned I paid for priority delivery, it was ignored and he got into the car and drove away.When the food finally turned up, it was completely cold and inedible.What made things worse was the response from customer support. They refused to issue a full refund and instead claimed that the issue was down to “food preference,” even though the problem was clearly the excessive delay and failed priority service — not the quality of the restaurant.Paying extra for priority and receiving slower-than-normal delivery, followed by poor customer service, is unacceptable.Very disappointing experience — I won’t be relying on Priority Delivery again.

I found a piece of metal in my food. It looked like it was from a metal scrub while eating it. Contacted uber support and they wanted me to send the photo of this object in the food even though i explained them that i noticed the object in my mouth while chewing it. Couldnt get any help from the support whatsoever.

I ordered a burger meal from steers via Uber eats. The wrong burger gets delivered. I try to get help from Uber eats so the issue can be resolved. I instead get a message that the issue is already resolved😡😡 Basically I had to pay over R120 for a rave burger😤😤 Not impressed😩

I placed a $24 order at a restaurant near my house, it sent it to a super far one in the north. Uber forced me to cancel the order before answering any of my questions, it felt like a scam and they wanted my money before anything. The customer service did not want to hear me and told me “weve already told you we cant refund” then immediately closed the chat after i said i didnt even get to see my food and i wasted a lot of money.

Scammers! Charged entire amount even though i cancelled the order within seconds of ordering. Restaurant said they had not even started preparing the order and did not receive amount from uber. Basically pro at cheating people! Not to mention completely useless customer service!

Never got my full order. It is impossible to contact Uber Eats. Very bad customer service. Would not recommend at all
