Stretched rings
I had ordered some rings about 4 years ago, and due to the wear and tear of everyday life, the rings had stretches out and were falling off my finger, I was on my last regular size ring so I decided to contact Tuffring and see if there was anything that could be done, and low and behind, they were covered under their 99 year warranty and replaced them all, all I had to do was pay s&h. Small price to pay for 4 brand new rings. Customer for life right here.

I got a reply to my email question in 1 day, and within one additional day my order was on its way. I had recently lost weight and my rings were not staying on that i got 2 years ago. They gave me all 3 rings in a size smaller and they stood by their no nonsense warranty. Ill stick with Tuff Rings, the best of the best!

I just received my rings. They look great and they are just right size . There also comfortable to wear . They look great . I would recommend them any friend or person that would ask about the ring .

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Very slow to respond. Had to make two returns due to sizing being too large, despite using their measurement guide provided on their website. I paid to ship the orders back one month ago and still waiting on a refund and at this point feel like it won’t be refunded. I have now spent over $100 to get the one ring my husband wanted, which should have cost less than $40. Find a different company to buy from.

This is one of the worst companies on the market. Ring has not arrived, customer service does not answer. I WILL NOT purchase anything from this place again. Groovelife rings are the way to go.

Customer service is HORRIBLE.
Its ridiculous that if you have a problem that you can't speak to a real person. The live chat is always offline and when you send an email you never get a response. And what is the point on getting entered to a "giveaway" when you make a purchase and it always says no entries where found? I really like my tuff ring but the customer service is a joke.
